Do Not Use this Company to Move Your Belongings!! My experience started off with the salesperson, Hayden, overselling and underdelivering. He gave me the estimate that a 1 bedroom move from 3rd floor to 1st floor would take 2 hrs and I agreed knowing it would take longer probably resulting in me paying more that the initial 2 hrs accounted for. I also booked a 3pm-5pm time slot over a month prior to my move and was ensured I would be priority since I was the first person to book for that day. On the day of the move, I was contacted by Andrew/Andres, whatever his name is, to advise me the movers would contact me when they were on their way. At 1pm I was contacted by the movers and told were running behind due to unforeseen issues that had nothing to do with me. Between 1pm and 7pm, I had phone conversations with Andrew and the movers multiple times regarding the delay, in which the movers finally arrived at 8pm! Honestly I don't blame the movers, they were kids just doing their jobs to the best of their ability, they never slacked and moved my stuff in the night hour within 3 hours. We finally finished at midnight. My biggest grievance is with the greedy salespeople who's only concern was the money. Their fake apologies and asking for a team tip sent me over the edge. I have to note mulitple items that were moved were chipped or damaged but I'm not even asking for compensation because I know nothing will come of it. I am a repeat customer of Muber Me movers, and I've always been happy in the past. I'm sad to say that my move last month was different. We hired three Muber movers to load a truck that we rented, and were assured that it wouldn't be a problem (We have done this before with Muber Me). On the day of the move, only two showed up. Yes, we were credited for the difference in manpower, but it put us significantly behind schedule and ended up costing us extra money in the long run. Additionally, these movers simply threw stuff into the truck. I presented Muber Me with pictures of damaged and as proof as to how poorly they loaded the truck. We were told to have 40 to 50 moving blankets. Which we did, but the moving blankets were not used to protect the furniture. I sent them pictures of this as well - pictures that showed the blankets still folded in bags and just tossed into the truck. Apologies, either I cannot post pictures here, or cannot figure out how to, but Muber Me is in receipt of several pictures). We provided rope and straps which were not used (With the exception of one SINGLE rope). My pictures were taken before the truck even moved. I complained to two separate employees (The employees that I booked the move with) about these issues and was told that they couldn't do anything about it because "anything could've happened after they loaded the truck". Again, my pictures were taken before the truck was moved as I explained to them. When I explained to them that blankets & straps that had been requested (and we paid for) had not been used to protect anything, I was told that they would discuss the issue and get back to me. I waited and heard nothing so I sent another communication inquiring what was going on. I was told again they would get back to me. To date, I have not heard anything from them. Not even an apology. They were so concerned with their liability that they couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge the incredibly poor job that was done - and honestly, that's all I was looking for. This company is not accountable. Do not expect them to show up with the number of workers that you need/contract for, do not expect professionalism or accountability, and do not expect them to treat your belongings with respect. And most of all do not expect communication once they have your money in hand. Again - I have used this company multiple times and not had such issues. I could not be more disappointed. As a rule, I do not write negative reviews. But as I said - I couldn't even get these people to give me a simple apology. It was all " We can't be responsible after the truck leaves" (In spite of pictures showing how poorly the truck was loaded) and "we'll get back to you's" Which never happened. I will continue to try to figure out if I can attach pictures and if I can, I will. I would strongly advise you not to use this company. Used Muber Me twice, the first time was a referral from an agent, used them, they showed up late but first tried to book me for original start time. Then upon destination broke a very expensive media console by turning it on its side and breaking legs off. Also broke an entire box of dishes that I meticulously wrapped with paper and bubble wrap. Completely destroyed a glass coffee table by setting too much on top of it inside the truck. When first trying to get these things resolved with Andres, I got no response for a year. Then decided to reach out for new work, responded back instantly, and told him of the issues that happened and if he can fix or resolve. He claimed that he would, even saying he would do it himself, or pay damages; however after the move (which they handled stuff very poorly, like setting my clothes couch sideways with it rubbing against the dirty street abrading it..) I was told at the end of the job, "we will fix it later in the week." Now after 6 days the only response I got was that the guy he was gonna have fix my furniture had his car towed and that he also wouldn't pay for a repairman much less replace or pay for the damaged furniture. If you're thinking of doing business and giving this person your money, RUN! Don't get suckered into it like I did. They don't know how to properly move... 3 different guys both trips I used were very green and little experience, lacked the equipment needed even for a small move of a 2 bedroom apartment. read more

I had this company come out and move me September 24th 2025 and when I tell you this is the worst moving company on Earth. The the owner lies and says he has people working in the military but when I asked the crew, they all of them said they were not in the military. That is the biggest disrespectful lie to get customers when he clearly doesn't get that much business and he begs for you to refer him to other people. So, I had a promised window in writing from one to 4:00 p.m. on that day. They showed up extra late at 5:05 p.m. the guy quoted me one amount and then when they got there they charge over 50% of what I was originally quoted. I now will be taking legal action due to this and I have reported him to several major entities regarding this and waiting to hear back from them. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Believe the negative reviews, because they ARE NOT LYING. These guys don't know anything about moving and they are money hungry. I truly had the absolute worse experience with this company and I am now being met by a block as the company's owner, Gary Sing, is now refusing to acknowledge my calls and/or respond to my texts. I used this company in late November 2021. I was quoted 2 hours with 2 men and 1 truck as I moved from a one bedroom, to another one bedroom 7 mins away. The men that showed up were not my "two men". I had a teenager and a grandfather. I should have said "no" at that point and had them turn around. It took these men over 4 hours to move my things. They also took a detour in their drive to my new apartment and were unavailable to me for an additional 45 mins - no heads-ups, no call to let me know they wanted a break or would be taking a break. Nothing. The icing on the cake - As I am putting items away, I notice that I am missing a box that had all of my air freshener plug-ins, and I contact Gary the owner who tells me, he's checking the lost and found and so far only found a treadmill and that he was on his way to another location to check and would call me back (my thought: how does a treadmill get lost, or forgotten). A couple weeks passed after recurrent calls/texts and I have not heard from Gary. I also realize that in that box is containing my important personal documents! My professional badges and documents were in my lost box and after ravaging through every crevice in my apartment, I concluded that my box is truly missing/stolen and I actually NEED those items back in my possession. I have called/texted the owner and received no response back. I have informed him of the importance and urgency in me getting the box back and still have heard nothing from him. I also told them that his "men" told me they had a move after mine, and is it possible for him to contract the client after my move and ask, if they have an additional box that isn't there's. Nothing. The worst possible nightmare while moving is this - having to go through a hectic move with non-trustworthy movers, movers that move slowly to up the prices, movers that are careless to your genuine concerns once they have been compensated, and movers that steal/lose your items. Due to the sales Rep for this company rep really doing a great good job, offered to pay half my deposit I put on my other company just to come move with them. I agreed a week prior, while Gary did a great job selling the ideas of the company please don't fall for it. I stayed on the 4th floor, and had elevators & stairs and not that much. I sent photos prior to Gary and he agreed 3 men would be great. Gary offered to cancel the move on my behave, I provided permission to him but the other moving company called me, and confirmed the rep IMPERSONATED me. Instead of just saying, "This is Muber Me, With Gary, I would to cancel on half of Javon". He tried to act like me, sound like me, and all (which is illegal I do believe.) I caught "him red handed" as his words not mine, when I called Muber Me to explain why would you impersonate me? But I just got sold ideas and "we are trying to protect the company for fake views from other companies" All this happened the same day of booking, Monday 12/11/2022. Fast forward now 12/15/22 2:00 PM I haven't heard nothing to confirm my move so I text and just get a "Yes". Now move in day 12/16/22 I get a text from one of the movers at 7:22 AM saying they were gonna be a hour late. I booked them at 8:00AM to avoid traffic but arrival was 8:35 Job started at 8:50 AM. At this point I'm frustrated through everything, ***THEY CAME AND POPPED UP WITH 2 MOVERS AND I DIDNT KNOW TILL THEY WAS ALREADY THERE**** AFTER WE HAD HOUR LONG CONVO ON WHY 2 MOVERS WOULDN'T WORK Moving ELEVATOR TO ELEVATOR 4th Floor to 4Th floor. I PAID NEARLY TWICE AS MUCH CAUSE OF THIS. The movers also took a 45 min lunch during my move, and re started the clock after packing up my first apartment. Now total time was 6.5 hours, and they charged me $125 x 6.5 for 2 movers. Also when you pay, make sure you get everything you had for discounts as all of sudden "they forgot." But added it on after I said something. First of all, you overcharged me TILL THIS DAY as you charge per 25 mins. So please contact me to refund as well. You charged me 6.5 x 125 when it should be 125 x 6. Then 31.25 for the other 25 mins. x 2. Also damaged my walls as well. read more

Items were broken and damaged. Most of the stuff were already moved by us so they only needed to really move a few more items. What should've taken 2.5 hours took close to 5. We began to get frustrated and began to help move the items, mind you we hired movers so we didn't have to. We spoke to sales rep that night and expressed our frustration on concern. They said they would work with us but never did. They weren't able to complete a task because a power tool was out of battery and said they would return. They never did. When I followed up they planned on charging for one hour to do what they couldn't complete before. Needles to say, their sales rep was rude and unprofessional as soon as we paid. Andres was the first person to return our call, offer aggressive pricing, and a non binding agreement until we could get the costs approved. His team arrived on time, and safely moved our shipment to its final designation in the tight delivery window provided by the conference center. I scheduled my move at least a month in advance. Gary was very responsive and answered every question. No one enjoys moving, and I expressed to him that it causes me a level of anxiety. Gary reassured me everything would go as planned. It started off with a late crew arrival, but I was immediately informed. The three young men who moved me were wonderful! We moved our entire household of furniture about 30ish min north to another home and they did a great job! I was quoted an amount that was explained to be as being conservative which I prefer because it's the mentality of not getting sticker shock. You pay by the hour, no hidden fees. Tax and everything is included in the quote you receive which is awesome for budgeting. Overall, we have a small scratch of paint on a door and a single broken glass. I mention this to be super transparent on my review. That being said, these guys were crazy fast and efficient. And with what little damage that occurred, I'd def use them again and recommend them to others! read more

Had a good experience setting up the appointment and they were very communicative and easy to work with. The three person moving crew was professional, friendly and moved at a good pace. My sole complaint is the company sent a 14 foot truck. I had a 900 square foot townhome with a full living room set, kitchen table etc... All of my belongings did fit in the truck but it was full to the gate and stacked higher than five feet. While I don't think they should send an oversized truck to every job the loading took significantly longer than it should have since the crew had to keep shifting things around to get everything to fit. read more

I used this company at the end of April, and it was horriable, horriable, horriable. Buyers beware this company is a scam. I originally booked another company and the Andres called me from Muber he offered what was supposed to be a better rate and stated they could do the move in 6 hrs. He even offered to pay the deposit that I had with the other company. He lied and told me that he can save me money by using 4 men and the job will take less time saving me money. Lies, he pulled the old bait and switch it started with 4 men but 2 hrs into the move there was only 2, I'm saying 2 because the 3rd man was a kid with no experience and he dropped everything they had him touch. My dryer, my couch everything, my China Hutch it was so bad that they just told him to pick up the misc items and put them in the Gandula, horriable idea. I rented a uhaul van that I was planning on moving my misc items in but because the 4th man (who left within 2 hrs) starting packing their truck and he did a terriable job, so Chase (who by the way is awesome) had to stop what he was doing to come out and repack the truck, this made my move a full 8 hrs instead of 6 hrs which is what it would have been if the 4th man would have stayed. They damaged my dryer, my china hutch, and broke glasses. I sent a text to Andres, because I was very upset about the entire process and to ask him how to file a claim....crickets no response after texting him sereval times, about filing a claim. It is now May and still no response. I am reporting Muber to The BBB. read more

Andres is a SCAM he gives a "estimated quote" for a specific apartment layout. Then up-charges you at your drop off location. If you do not pay what he request he will take your belongs until you pay what he demands. His crew leader cody is a liar and con artist. He says he starts at a certain time but it's not truthful at all. The crew moves extremely slow to prolong time & increase pay ! Please DO NOT use this company you will pay 50% more than what you are quoted. The level of customer service is terrible. Not a good experience at all. Request quote and chose most expensive company which 80 dollars per hour more than other company. Expected better service. Requested 4 man but 3 show up with no experience and end up like this. They couldn't put refrigerator inside of house, so I called other person to put the refrigerator. Other company, one person came put all thing. Customer service manager called and he want to come to check since he can't believe, never show up. I have to spend all my weekend and holiday to cover this mass.
