I have to share my recent five star experience at Siggia. (And shame on all you one star raters who…read morebelieve that you will actually receive better service at one of the big box stores. We all know that's simply not the case.) After making MULTIPLE trips to Home Depot, Lowes and Ace Hardware to source hinges for kitchen cabinets I was trying to repair, I had almost given up on finding the hardware I needed. At each of the stores, I went in with a sample and, after waiting for long periods of time at to get help, I was told BY THE HARDWARE DEPARTMENT reps "this one will work". Each time I would get home and find it didn't fit or that parts were missing from the package. I went to Siggia and John gave me great service and provided me with hinges that actually fit the cabinet I was repairing. Yes, I had to wait for a bit--but he actually knew what he was doing. And, by the way--yes, I had to buy screws. But it was not a big deal since Siggia was still cheaper for two hinges and a package of screws than it's competition.

Located on the corner of Carpenter and Ventura in the mall with Lala's Argentine cuisine, the store has everything you could possibly need when it comes to hardware supplies. I've been shopping here for years, for everything from mops to keys to car fob batteries to screwdrivers and Lord only knows what else. Their prices are great and their merchandise is fantastic quality. It's a big store too. Come and have a look!

Parking is limited and prices are high, but they are open on Sundays and they are much easier than dealing with Home Depot. I found parking easily and they already had other customers there as well. When I walked inside, the man working the cashier greeted me and I found the gloves I wanted right at the front. I still took the time to walk around the store to see what they had. I stumbled upon the car detailing area and they had some good products here. I then saw some more gloves and switch out to a smaller size of the same ones I got from the front. I had a good time here and had no issues.
