This review is based on my recent shopping experience Saturday 5/9/2026. My daughter and I went to the Garden area looking for some shaded plants. We came across these Beautiful Bougainvillea. We didn't know much about them but Morge came over and offer to help. I wasn't sure what else was needed but she answered all of our questions in regards how to care for it. My daughter and I learned so much. We were so excited to get home to set them up outside of my bedroom window. Summers get really bad, can not wait for this plant to grow and provide shade. My first time at this location, I was in the area and needed to do a return. Parking looked easier here than it is at other locations, it is not too packed and congested (at 11am). I was so happy when I came through the entrance I was right next to the returns line and so close to the garden center. Staff was friendly and processed my return easily because I had the receipt barcode, and then I walked straight to the garden center. All the plants appear lush and green and healthy, and I even saw the vendor doing some plant care. I couldn't help myself I got a couple more strawberry plants, I already have 3 but I feel that I need more! This store overcharged me for a construction cone, and when it was brought to the supervisor that chose attention, he was a complete jerk about it. He's been a jerk with me in the past and I should've wrote her review back then but I let it go, but not this time Thankfully Diana and Ferman were extremely polite, empathetic, and willing to acknowledge the pricing error that the store made with their barcode and the display shelf. Be sure to check your receipts to make sure they priced everything right and avoid speaking to that jerk bet though if you ever needed to speak to a supervisor because he's horrible and has no sense of what Customer service skills entail. read more

Every time I enter the staff always walks me to the aisle that I need to be going to, they always have a lot of knowledge.

This Home Depot location has the best garden selections. They have variety of plants and sometimes tree to buy. They have a good selection of fertilizers too. Parking is easy to find, since it is located in a plaza. I always find a parking lot easily do not need to drive around. If you need help looking for an item, I would suggest ask an experienced staff. The young staff usually have attitude and be like two isle down or go to the left. Experienced staff take you to the item and they are very honest. They will tell you, if an item it's going to work or not or you need to change to something similar. Prices are good too since there are variety of item. You can select the items that meet your budget. read more

One star is too much. I went in on Monday to order a fridge. The salesperson verified that they will deliver the Samsung fridge the next day. They said I'd get a call that evening for an update to the delivery time. I did not receive it the next day. I went into the store. They had me wait for 1.5 hours at least to call Samsung delivery to see what happened. They told me I'd receive it on Wednesday. I requested to be given a small fridge to use that they have in stock because I don't have a working fridge. It took them 45 minutes to bring out a mini fridge, When I took this fridge home, it was completely dented and holds small plates if any, and it's similar to the size of the mini hotel fridges in hotels. I still have to order take out or keep going to the grocery store to buy fresh food to make because this fridge is too small to hold leftovers. Wednesday came and no delivery. They promised me I'd have my fridge by Thursday. Both Samsung delivery people and Home Depot confirmed for Thursday. When I spoke to Samsung, the rep said I'll receive the delivery between 1:30AM -3:30pm! I corrected him and verified that he meant 1:30pm, not am. He said, yes, 1:30pm. No delivery on Thursday either. Then this morning, on Friday at 7:30am, I speak to Samsung delivery: after 30 minutes, they came back and confirmed that my refrigerator is on the truck and will be delivered today at 1:30 because of all the inconvenience. At 2:00 I check my email and there's a 5th apology email saying another delayed delivery from Home Depot. Then Samsung said that I won't receive it until TUESDAY at the earliest!!! I spoke to the manager at Samsung. She said she'd be as angry as I am. Samsun also said the reason for the delay is because the vendor just sent them the order on Thursday, not on Monday when I paid and placed my order. Then I pleaded with her to send a larger size fridge than the damaged mini one they gave me so I can store food until my order arrives. After an hour on the phone, she placed the order for me. She confirmed I'd receive it this afternoon. Then 3:45 came and I see Home Depot confirms the upcoming temporary fridge delivery, but is being sent to an INCORRECT address!! What else could go wrong with them?:???? I had to call Samsung again. The manager said I have to cancel my order of the temporary fridge, drive 20 minutes to home depot, and order another one. I pleaded with her that I have extreme pain in driving, standing, and walking from peripheral neurapathy. She said it's against their store policy to cancel it themselves and place another order on the phone. With extreme shock about the poor service, I replied, "Is it in your policy to torture your customers?" She questioned my handicap. She said, "well how did you order the fridge in person the first time?" I said my boyfriend drove me there. She resisted again saying it's against their policy, and I repeatedly said firmly, "No NO NO! I can't and you're causing my health to get worse!!" She finally put me on hold to call home depot, correct the delivery address, and send it to my home address (which they had in their system from my previous order that is delayed by 5 days). As of now I don't know if they will do any part of their transaction right. Stay away from Home Depot appliances like your life depends on it! It is true. When you get older Home Depot becomes your weekend plans. lol There has been a lot of house needs during the past several years and Home Depot has been the savior. Luckily there are several locations in my surrounding area so I like to go to different ones for no real reason. Just like majority of Home Depots, this one is huge. There hasn't been a time that I haven't found what I was looking for. Although the place is huge and I am not 100% sure how its all organized. I like to use the online site to search for my item. It tells you what aisle and bay the item you're looking is located. I did have a very difficult time trying to find an item once. I searched and searched for it but couldn't find it. There was someone available in that aisle to assist and luckily the item I was looking for was locked up and would have needed assistance anyways. My only negative thing to say about Home Depot is their enter and exit areas. Since my mother does have a handicap placard, entering is close to the parking spots, but the exit is on the complete opposite side. But it is what it is. Came in during this heat wave to purchase a portable ac system for my garage to help with cooling down. I saw they had some selection for portable ac systems and I took the Toshiba one. When I arrived to checkout section I had a few questions about the dimensions of the product and the associate Luis was there to assist me with my questions. Buying a new appliance can be a hassle with all things involved. What I didn't plan is how customers are treated by Home Depot. When I bought a brand new toilet, it should have been obvious on first or second interaction I had with their service reps about how much they don't care about their customers. But if absurd and bad service is not enough for you, than theft certainly should be. I have paid to have my toilet installed through Home Depot. And after speaking to their reps for every little thing, during this transaction, I thought at least they will be honest enough to return me the money for job that never happened.. Management is the biggest issue at this store. As a previous employee I can safely say this is one of the worst stores in the region. Where do I start? I've heard and experienced inappropriate behavior, unfair treatment, and overall company policies being violated. Jessica, store manager has her favorites and it shows. I've personally heard her call her own employees "her minions" and the work environment surely does feel like she overworks and belittles any employee who isn't her favorite. I came in today stressed out cause of moving and having to paint the ceiling because it was caught on fire. I was taking my time looking for the right equipments and products I needed to paint. One of the employees, her name was Carla (i hope i heard and spelled it right). She noticed I was looking around and seemed confused, she didn't hesitate to ask if I needed assistance. She then went ahead and answered every single question I had, and was more than willing to show me around where the products I needed were. She was really patient, knowledgeable, and nice towards me. It really helped with the stress I had coming in to the store. She explained every single thing I needed to do, to have the best outcome on my ceiling. I love the convenience of Home Depot for the small things but time and time again they disappoint me with their other services. My garage door was similarly priced to Costco but HD's quote had a faster turn around on delivery and install. They were a month late and cost us because we had to cancel our travel plans while we waited. No one called and gave updates or could help us with estimates on install. I paid HD to have the house measured for blinds and the measurements were lost with no follow up. I ended up purchasing elsewhere and never got my fee back for measurements. I would recommend going directly with a company vs a middle provider like Home Depot. Communication breakdown is high at a time when, like us, owners depend on communication and timeliness with our providers. read more

He was really nice, made all 9 keys in no time. P.S. Make sure you get your key's made at the Home Depot key section in the back. There is a third party key booth in the front. If the key is not cut properly or just doesn't work. You would be able to return the keys actually made by Home Depot. The keys made by the booth you cannot. read more

I usually come to this Hone Depot to just pick up my online order. I used their curbside pickup before and it will depends on the time of day if it will take a while or it will go fast. I saw that they moved their curbside pickup area to another parking slots and made the old curbside pickup spots to handicap spots now. I usually come pickup my online order when they just open to avoid the lines and there usually less people at the store. I would prefer their pickup locker but it looks like they don't use that as much anymore. read more

He dropped the delivery smack in the middle of driveway making it impossible to drive vehicles in or out of the property and now also unable to close the gate. I pointed this out to delivery man. Once I was at ACE I was informed that they do not take returns due to covid-19.
