If you have never visited the Muckelshoot fireworks mall the week prior to the 4th. You don't know what you are missing. It's an experience that everyone should have at least once. It's nuts, booth after booth of insanely "safe" fireworks for sale. They even have a field where you can launch your fireworks right there in the event you can't take them home. A few words of warning. Everyone is there to have fun, relax and have patience with the traffic and crowds. Be aware of your surroundings. If you have a child that is on the spectrum, maybe not a good idea. This is the definition of sensory overload. If you have visitors from a well regulated European country, take them! If you have visitors from California where everything is illegal, take them! read more

A decent Fireworks place to browse and look around for good deals on fireworks. Tons of options, but basically everyone has almost the same types of Fireworks, including the MEGA box! Might cost you between $850-$1,200 for those. Gotta browse around until you find the best deal possible. Other individual Fireworks might cost between $10-$200 a pop, depending on what kind you want. If you find a stand with decent prices, you can probably get a lot for a very good price. Best to go 1-2 weeks before the actual day od celebration to avoid long lines, traffic and horrendous parking lot jams. When we went 2 weeks ahead of time, we were the only ones there. Absolutely crazy, I've never seen something like this. Growing up in California, it was definitely an eye opener as to the many different types. Our favorite was the United States 196 shot for our grand finale, it was awesome! Will definitely be back next year to put on an awesome show for the 4th. read more

For 2013 the best stand is Hot Rockets. Its a small stand adjacent to Auburn Way. Cool guys work there. I posted a pic on this site. Ask for the artillery shell called Smoke-N-Mirrors. This seems like a temporary place that the Muckleshoot tribe sets up once in a long while to sell fireworks. It's pretty amazing because there are just soooo many booths and soooo many selections of fireworks that you can get there. We stopped by to get fireworks for 4th of July and I even quite enjoyed walking though the stalls seeing how much selection each stall (and there must have been at least 40+ stalls there! Definitely should look this place up if you are looking for cool fireworks to celebrate 4th of July next year! P.S. Don't forget to bargain for a good deal while you are there! They will be happy to negotiate with you! read more

Went here a couple of days ago with my boyfriend and his daughter to pick up some extra goods for the 4th (they already had a ton of fireworks at home, but wanted to grab a couple more items). I'd never been here before, so I was interested to check it out. Holy cow, there are so many fireworks stands here! It's unbelievable. Any kind of fireworks you want, they have it here. We wandered around for quite a while, before picking up a couple of items. There are so many stands to buy from that it's kind of hard to make a decision! It's nice to have a wide selection to choose from though. Parking is aplenty, but it's a pain to get into the area. We were in a long line of cars stretching down the hill. Only a handful of cars could enter at every green light, so it took a bit for us to get in and park. Once we did, however, we had a super close spot. The adjacent grassy area is a little scary - people are lighting off all kinds of fireworks and it's pretty unorganized. I'd recommend avoiding that area if possible! I'd certainly come back here. I guess we'll have to next year since we pretty much blew up everything we had this time around! read more

I go to the reservation each year and have been through alot of booths over the years. This reservation is great to stock up for your show. But I found myself going to the danger zone and black flag booths each year and this year I just when there and no where else. The guys there are super fun and real. And yes they worked with our budget and always left feeling like I got a good deal. If you read this review please remind them that comic con tickets go on sell October. If you're looking for the real deal holyfield for firework, this is the spot. There is different variety from small fire cracker to cakes to big shells. Remember when going there to bargain and save. Some will work with you some won't but there's so many stands that will have the one you want for deals. Another great things is there's a big field for you to blow up your fireworks. read more

This place is so FUN every year. I LOVE the salesmanship here. You walk thru and everybody's competing for your business. Lots of people drop some serious $$$ on fireworks every year and we're no exception. We walk out of where with more bang for our buck than anywhere else. There is one stand/salesman in particular we've decided to use again next year. When I remember the name I will add it to this review. It took us 2 days to get thru all of our haul. And thats lighting all day and night! I went within Seattle city limits yo one of the stands just to check pricing and compare. My god, they really rip you off. $22 for 9 -5 shot roman candles! Never ever again. We will only go to Muckleshoot Fireworks Mall for ours. AND you get to watch fireworks while you're there. They got a big ol pit next to them where people can go and light off their own. We might do that next year too. AND if you go on the right days the Muckleshoot casino next door puts on a huge fireworks display - FREE SHOW! You can take your gear out there in the giant parking lot with a bunch of other people and basically tail-gate all day! You can bring your own food and bbq or picnic. They got some food vendors out there too ..and you just CHILL. Its so cool read more
