Definitely not somewhere that I would ever afford to go and honestly I'm not so much into the feng shui and all of the fancy homestyle stuff, as you might be if you're reading this. Although when you enter it might look a bit cluttered up and over crowded, don't get just turned off and walk out, they actually have a very decent verity of all types of home hardware, say like pots & pans, cutlery, organizing containers, towel hooks and even alarm clocks.... (People still buy them?! It's like buying a flash light when you have one on your phone...) Customer service is also very friendly and nice and always more then willing to help you find whatever you're looking for and give you the perfect recommendation of the product which will meet your needs. Price is also okay although not the cheapest, but hey, when you have a big nice place with great customer service you can't expect them to charge you a bodega price for a pot. Speaking of Pot's I was once on the road out in the wild and needed urgently a pot for some cooking, so I stopped into a small bodega (don't ask me what I was thinking and I ask the cashier if he by any chance has a pot so he says "umm Pot"? sure, go right to the back of the store, It took me a minute to realize that he was talking about "POT" and I quickly made a U turn and ran outta there laughing my head off....... One more thing that they offer is a Mikvah* on the spot that you need for some dishes when you buy them. In overall this please is great and therefore my go to place whenever I need nay home supplies. ---------------------------------------------------- *Mikvah, for those of you that are not familiar with it, it is a religious ritual that you need to submerge any dish that you intend of using multiple times into a tub of water that contains a certain amount of pure rain water, and after submerging it into the Mikvah you're able to use the dish for as many times as you wish. (Disposable stuff don't require a Mikvah)

We came here to buy a wok. They introduced us the cast iron wok, 34cm (13.4 inches), for $40. Both the lady and the guy who works here were hard-selling the wok. The lady says this wok is out of stock, it's very popular, it doesn't rust, and it's very good for your health. The guy says the more you use it the better it gets. We bought it. We used it once and only to steam fa gao. It rusted right away. We took pictures of it and went back to tell them in hope for an exchange. When they were selling us the wok, the lady said nobody complaint. Perhaps she was telling the truth, Chinese people find it a hassle to go back and complain. But now I did so she can't say that anymore otherwise she would be lying. Also, before we bought it, I asked if we can refund or exchange if it's not good. The lady says no refund but we can exchange for something else. Hence, we went back for an exchange. Both of the staffs were there. The guy says we can only exchange if we didn't use it. Dude, how do we know it's bad if we didn't use it? Why would we buy it, not use it, and exchange it? That makes no sense at all! Might as well say no exchange from the beginning. The guy says that because we used it, he cannot resell it, that's why they can't allow an exchange. Nonsense! It is not my fault you can't resell it. And we didn't really use it, we tried it. We didn't even cook with it. I've worked in a retail before, if a customer wants to return an item because it is bad, we give them back their money. If we cannot resell the item because it is bad, we dispose it right away. Don't force your customers to keep a bad item they bought from you! Give them their money back and you deal with the item, the customer shouldn't have to! This kind of business mindset that they possess is unfair, selfish, and very stupid. In addition, this time when we went back she says cast iron will rust. We were looking for one that doesn't rust so before we bought it we asked her and she promised it won't rust. This time she's telling us something different. She also made it sound like it's our fault, as if we didn't know how to use the wok that's why it rust. My mom's been using woks her whole life. If the wok is good it shouldn't give people so much trouble. It's also heavy to maneuver, and the lid is bad too. I'm pretty sure this wok will crack after a few uses, even though I deliberately asked before purchase and they promise it won't. I will update with a picture if it does. But I hope it won't because this will be a complete waste of money! We bought it because it's almost Chinese New Year, and we need one.

I returned the item on Monday and the young man that helped me Saturday wasn't there but he told his brother I would be returning. The brother offered to exchange the item or a full refund. He told me he didn't need my receipt and gave me a full refund. Although this purchase didn't work out for me, I'll will continue to give them my business in the future.
