I greatly appreciated it. Especially because I was all nerves. Then I had a bunch of appointments with Dr. Horan. He was awesome! He made sure I had zero pain and was comfortable during the process! Dr. Horan and Sindy (who assisted him) calmed my nerves, and were very caring. I have also had my teeth cleaned by Trish and Sharon with a consultation with Dr. Sonntag. All were great and very informative on how to care for my teeth. I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon Grove Dental!

Office staff verified (twice) at that 1st visit that they would accept Aetna's proposal of $1,602. Ten days later I return for another fitting Now they tell me they are NOT sure I have Zero co-pay for the dentures they have listed at $4,800. I leave asking them to clarify all this. NOW, they receive confirmation from Aetna, my agent and I do a conference call, the person At Grove Dental again confirms I am and will not be liable for any Co-pay PRESENT DAY JULY 27th 9:30am I arrive for my designated appt, again the office manager tells me they have not received the confirmation from Aetna, THIS is now the 5th incident where Grove Dental has no ides what they are doing when it comes to patient rapport. HOW, many times must I or any patient put up with such incompetence where the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing, do they not talk to each other at Grove Dental does one tech do something and not tell the others, does one office administrator do something and not write it down or tell any of the others working in the office? TODAY, the office manager wanted me to have a seat so she could go over my records, why, are yo hoping for a different result than what you already have after 5 times of quoting me and Aetna a price for your services. SORRY, you're inefficient and NOT professional when after all this time you still can't get your act together. I have had several procedures done and I am extremely happy with the results. Did I heal exactly as I thought, no. Did we have some bumps along the way, yes. Everyone heals differently but my expectations and what they could do for me were explained during the consultations and follow-up appointments. Dr. Schlecter, Ivy and Kimberly informed me of what the surgery would consist of, the healing expectations and payment requirements. The expectations and how I would heal are dependent on too many variables, every person will heal differently. At no time was I made to feel like a "number." So I went to Dr. Bluestone in the mall, what can I say I was a kid. He was sure I had two cavities. I got my teeth cleaned and had him fill one tooth. Never went back for the 2nd filling.
