I have gone to Cinderella on 3 occasions due to the proximity to my house. Each time I leave and am disappointed. I got a pedicure there that was so thick it did not dry and overnight my nails were smudged while I was sleeping. Most recently I went in with a dip manicure (from another location) from my wedding that was over 3 weeks old and still in great condition, just grown out. The nail tech proceeded to comment on how "thick" my nails were & said she would do them better. After just 4 days my nails were already chipping, two have broken and the color has dulled significantly. read more

Fantastic service, very polite, fun atmosphere. Rebecca did my nails. She is very sweet and did a beautiful job! She helped me find the perfect color. Not only does she do excellent work, she is fast, and she listens to what you want. The very first time Rebecca did my nails she treated me as a good friend. I can tell she really aims to please her customers. Rebecca bends over backwards to do whatever it is you like to make sure she is doing your nail the way you like them. I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Both were so bad I came home and took the polish off. The pedicure and manicure were supposed to match. The colors were completely different. I left the place will polish on my flip-flops and some missing from my toes!! read more

I think this place is great. I came in with my friend and we got our nails done the gentleman was very nice. The salon was very clean and neat. He was very quick and efficient at getting my nails filed and shaped. The only thing I would suggest for the future is maybe a bit more gentle while clipping around the cuticle area. I got a nipped a little to far up and have a sore there now but other than that I had a great experience and it was very good quality for a decent price!! I tried this place, very nice inside and busy. I was a walk in and took me right away. Only thing to complain about it I was bounced around by three people. First a lady did my pedicure, she had an appointment walk in which is understandable. Another lady did my dip powder and I felt like she rushed. She cut me on three of my fingers and she was stressing out because a bridal party started to come in. Then she just left me there. So I thought I was done and got up. I wasn't. Usually after a pedicure, my nails are filed smooth and my feet smooth, but not this time. The cuticle tool was painful and the massage was short & didn't feel great. Upon entering I was told to wash my hands--like a command, not a friendly request. I didn't know where so I took a few steps in. She repeated "wash your hands" but I didn't see a sink so I went in a few more steps. She repeated it a third time then I saw a bathroom, so I asked "in there?" She just said "no, in the sink," but I didn't see one. So I kept walking towards the back & finally saw a small sink in the corner. Not very welcoming. The chair had some white goo in the cup holder. Had a great Spa Pedi for $55 but they spent an hour or more. Also got a full set with SNS powder. The staff always provides nails to match any of my whims. If you ask, they can. I went for the first time yesterday... And the young man who did my toes did a fabulous job with the actual nails... But I was very disappointed in the massage portion of the pedicure. I don't think he even touched my feet to massage... Just to paint my toes. The hot rocks were nice... But he kept running them over my shin bone which is not very comfortable... Then when he was rubbing lotion on my calves... He kept going over the same spot which is annoying. I guess he doesn't have very much experience with massage, but he did do a fabulous job on my toes they look great... But I don't think I will be back. I need to find someplace that massage your feet during a pedicure. And whoever wrote that it cost 30 bucks what year was that? read more

Long over due review. I have been coming here since they opened 12 years ago. I moved to Lafayette Hill, PA and still come here because I just can't find a salon I like enough to make the 35 minute drive unjustifiable. I do wish I could give 4.5 stars because sometimes despite making an appointment, I feel like my service is rushed to get to those who have walked in. However, there is way more good than bad about this salon so I will round up. read more

He is meticulous, patient and takes great pride in his work. He takes his time and wants to ensure you are happy with the results which I most definitely am. Never cleaned or cut my nails and no baseline coat -- when I immediately told her there is no baseline coat thinking she just overlooked it -- she insisted the other woman did the baseline coat?? I think I know if I had received one. Never cleaned or cut my nails until I asked her to please cut them. Went for a refill of gel pink and white. Horrible! THICKEST NAILS EVER (requested thin), cuticles are cracking b/c of dremel, I explained that I just moved to the area and was looking for a new place, A regular customer came in and requested my technician and they asked if she could come back tomorrow, The woman said she could not, so my technician said give me 30 minutes and come back. So she rushed and did a poor job to accommodate a regular customer and in the meantime lost a new customer who was looking to become a regular. I had two different technicians for the service which was odd. I think the receptionist started and then moved me to the nail tech who finished. Language barrier made it more difficult as I could not clearly understand anyone. They spoke loudly throughout the who time in their dialect. Price sheet said $35 but they made me pay $40. **What a waste - I have to get them redone ASAP as they are so thick I can't even pick up change or anything thin for that matter** read more
