I called AGSA and a window specialist came to my home within 2 1/2 hours. When the specialist arrived, he quickly determined that I needed a window regulator but was very kind to get the window up since it was cold outside. After buying the part at a local auto part store, I texted the specialist. He was opened to coming back to my home to repair the window; however, I was at my work location. The specialist arrived at my workplace within 20 minutes and fixed the window in the parking lot. Note: The home and workplace visits were done on the same day. I highly recommend AGSA. Professional. Steve answered and was very helpful. I was able to arrange for him to come to me later that day. He arrived at my work at the scheduled time and fixed the chip in about 20 minutes. The repair looks great. From the outside you can't see it at all. The price quoted on the phone, was the price charged and it was very reasonable.
