He came out to our rental and though he had to adjust his arrival time, he came out and was super quick, clean and professional, clearly knew what he was doing. He replaced the part then made sure all indicator messages were cleared. He took such good care of me - he stayed open a little after 5:00 to receive my car, even took a look at it that night after closing. Because I had to get up to SF right away, he moved my car to the front of the line the next morning. Managed to come up with a creative solution for a fix after a part was not available quickly. My car was ready by noon the next day and I was on my way. I can not recommend him and his shop enough. Everyone was so helpful, even driving my car when it was ready to the rental place so I could make a quick swap and not loose any time. I unexpectedly had several issues with various parts of my car, and as someone who is not very familiar with car terminology, they were diligent in explaining everything to me. The older woman working there explained to me that they like to do this with all of their customers who aren't familiar with cars in order to ensure that they don't get taken advantage of at another shop if the issue were to occur again, and I found this to be incredibly unique and caring. When they discovered there were more repairs to be done and the cost would be higher than initially expected, they took the time to source parts for my car at a much cheaper price than normal so that I would be able to afford the repair. I can not explain how appreciative I was of this. This is now the only shop that I will be getting car repairs done at for the amazing customer service that they offer. Thank you to the Garcia team!

I try to get a hold of somebody to talk to their management or somebody that can help me above whoever works there because nobody knows anything there. Nobody can ever give me a phone number to a manager to a owner to anybody above them. They wanna charge me again for the same exact part that they fixed and then he lied on my paperwork stated that my battery was leaking when it's not even true. I have all the recordings of his lies and everything that he was telling me and I need proof of my battery being you or they won't fix my car that they want to fix the same part that they fix before and charge me again if I can get anybody to give me the owner's number or anything because they won't help me there
