Shoutout to Breanna and Matt!…read more First time we came was for my cousin in laws lexus, I sat in the back seat and Breanna had a conversation with me while we waited for things to get done with. Very quick and detailed process as they told us everything they were doing as they were doing it. Second time we came was today, no breanna which was dissapointing since we had JUST missed her! Last time we came we talked about bringing my husband and I's car to show her. They assisted our car with a quick oil change, then Matt took out our air filter and showed it to us. It being our first car my husband asked if he could see where he puts it back in and matt nicely guided my husband step by step how to incert it back in our car and even gave us reccomendations on which one to buy. It was all around an amazing experience, and the quality of care was suprising considering the relatively bad area the shop is in. They won't try to oversell you on anything, and make sure to only tell you the fixes that are necessary. Multiple customers to the gas station came in to get food/drinks and I had to awkwardly get out of their way while I waited. They were also running behind so they couldn't get to my car for at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. They did a good job on the car and had a detailed report plus the oil change for a very fair price but honestly I'll probably go somewhere else next time cause its just less convenient when they don't have an adequate waiting room for people getting something quick done.
