Multiple customers to the gas station came in to get food/drinks and I had to awkwardly get out of their way while I waited. They were also running behind so they couldn't get to my car for at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. They did a good job on the car and had a detailed report plus the oil change for a very fair price but honestly I'll probably go somewhere else next time cause its just less convenient when they don't have an adequate waiting room for people getting something quick done.

I brought it in because it was not accelerating/holding speed properly. I explained that I just bought another vehicle and didn't want to put too much $ into the car (it is a 2007 CRV). I asked him to check it over before doing any work to it to make sure it wasn't going to be "nickel & diming me". He did an oil change and tune up for $350.00 and said everything else looked good. A few weeks later we had it back in the shop because the coolant was leaking. It ended up being at the shop for several weeks and a $500.00 bill to replace a rusted heater pipe ($30.00 part) that required "extensive labor" to replace. The day after getting it back, the power steering went out. Another $300.00 dollars... I know it's an older car, and things go wrong, however, I trusted him in his professional experience to look over the car before doing any work. I would not have put the initial work into the car knowing it would have more issues after his thorough inspection.
