I had to take my car to another shop the very next day, only to find out that my oil pan had been cracked during the service. To make matters worse, I've called the shop 7 times trying to get this addressed, and not once has anyone answered. The lack of accountability and communication is just as frustrating as the damage itself. This situation was not only inconvenient but also costly and stressful. An oil change is one of the most basic services, and damaging a major component like the oil pan is unacceptable.
