They were super communicative with my son, and also with me (I'm sure I was being a little "extra" since I was a little worried to begin with!) They were (unfortunately) unable to patch the tire, but had an appropriate one in stock to replace it, so my son was safely on his way in just a couple hours. I got it towed to them and they go forward with charging me full price for another tire. My hands were tied because I couldn't drive the car somewhere else. Directly after I took the car to Nissan auto shop and they told me they put the wrong size tire on the car... this place probably knows as much as you when it comes to cars. Go somewhere trustworthy and that has a database on what cars they have previously worked on since they will act like they forgot the service they performed.

The employee then showed me a new tire and quoted me a price of $120. After speaking with another employee, the price changed to $145. A third employee then quoted $150. When I questioned why I was being given different prices, the employees discussed it among themselves before finally agreeing on a price of $140, which I accepted. After the passenger rear tire was installed, I drove away but noticed the tire pressure monitoring system was taking much longer than normal to calibrate. I returned to the shop, and after some time the system finally registered. At that point, the employee checked the newly installed passenger rear tire. However, he then went to the driver-side tire, which was not the tire I had brought in for service and was not part of the work I requested. He began handling that tire and told me he was checking the air pressure. I did not understand why he was working on a tire that was not being serviced. I left the shop, and almost immediately after driving away, the driver-side tire began rapidly losing air. I contacted AAA for assistance. The AAA technician inspected the tire and informed me that it had been sliced. I cannot say exactly how the damage occurred. However, I am concerned because the driver-side tire was not experiencing any issues before my visit, it was not the tire being replaced, and it only began losing air immediately after an employee at the shop handled it. Given these circumstances, I believe this matter should be investigated, and I request that any surveillance footage from the time of my visit be preserved and reviewed

I was told there was availability at 3:00 PM, so I arrived at that time. When I walked in, Ruben was at the counter. He greeted me and was friendly at first. I explained that I had been told I could come in a day earlier. As soon as I said this, his whole demeanor changed. There was an awkward silence, so I asked if he needed my information or anything from me. He responded angrily, saying, "You caught me in the middle of something! I can't write you up right now. I'll put you in the line." I then asked whether I should wait at the counter or have a seat. He snapped again and said I could do either. I sat down, and for the next 30 minutes, he never once asked for my name, vehicle information, or anything related to my original appointment. He never let me know when I would be written up or gave any estimate of the wait. During this time, several other customers came in. He greeted them kindly, wrote up tickets for them, and even told one couple he would get them out ASAP. Meanwhile, he continued going in and out of the service area and taking calls without acknowledging me at all. This was my first time trying to do business with Just Tires, and the lack of professionalism and courtesy left a very bad impression. I had no issue with waiting -- the issue was his attitude and complete lack of customer service. I ended up calling another business, who treated me with respect and handled my concerns immediately. Ruben overheard my entire conversation as I was leaving and still didn't attempt to address the situation. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not plan to return.
