The food was tasty but the restaurant left much to be desired. Multiple tables were dirty. The chair for the table we chose had a sticky substance. The plates they were using to set the tables were just out in the open on the buffet table. The floor looked dirty. read more

Went for the lunch buffet and it was $25 pp. The food is good but that is a high price for a lunch buffet especially when you have to ask for things since the server is also handling takeout. And they ran out of stuff which happens and it would not be a big deal if they were refilling quickly. But they took their sweet time to refill food too. Overall, if they want to charge a high price, they have to up their game. I won't go back but they do serve pretty good food so give them a shot if you wish. read more

First time trying Indian Cuisine and we were not disappointed. Staff was extremely kind and understanding and when we asked about the spice levels he recommended that since it's our first time to go with mild. I'm so glad he did! We went for the lunch buffet after a busy morning of after Christmas sales on 12/26/24. The buffet was extensive with a large assortment of delicacies. It had 2 soups, a nice green salad, several appetizers (like samoas!), sauces/chutneys, about 5 entrees, naan, dessert, regular and chai teas. Yum! The quality was outstanding, even though we got there around 2! No dried out buffet here. Some items were very spicy to the palate of folks from this area, but flavorful. I loved it. Buffet goes from 11-2:30. Ala-cart dinner until 9pm. The staff were kind and nice. Had us choose where we wanted to sit. There are several rooms in the restaurant, one of which can be curtained off for parties. Booth and table seating is available. Decor is quite pleasing to the eye with lighter woods and a fireplace. Restroom is very clean. They serve special drinks (non-alcoholic), and have a good selection of things to add to coffee. Also have several different Lassi drinks that can be taken to go. read more

I very torn on this one. The first thing I would mention is ordering online was frustrating because there is no description of what comes with the dish. I ordered the Tandoori Chicken which was $16.95. For that price I assumed this was going to be a meal, possibly with rice and some naan. However, it was just a small portion of chicken on lettuce. Great a t buffet! Food is authentic. I've been to Hyderabad many times and this is as good as the best restaraunt I visited there.

I really wanted this to be my "go to" Indian restaurant in this area. It is definitely authentic and the food is good. I had lamb jalfrezi and the wife had shrimp korma. Poori bread and garlic cheese roti along with a tamarind chutney ands a Hyperibad chai tea and a coke. The entree's were good. The service not so much. I will chalk up some of it to her being new, however that then falls on management sending her out unprepared. We never received our roti, tea or chutney. Now the tea apparently is only made twice a day and when it's gone, it's gone. I guess that was never communicated to our server. As for the ambiance, traditional colors and decorations. Comfortable chairs and tables. Unfortunately there was a graduation dinner of sorts in the adjoining room with open walls that allowed the music to make the atmosphere less appealing. On a side note that should NOT be seen as a negative but you should consider, they do not serve alcohol. I believe that is due to their religious beliefs as expressed by the history of the region that the menu explains. All in all it was disappointing made only better by the delicious jalfrezi and poori bread. The shrimp in the korma was very overcooked making it chewy and tough. Add me to the list of people who think Mughals is absolutely fantastic. The restaurant isn't glitzy or modern in appearance, but don't let looks fool you - the food is top-notch. It's a true diamond in the rough: an authentic, high-quality Indian restaurant afloat in a sea of generic, mediocre American food places that all serve the same things. Having moved to the area from NYC a few years back, I never thought I would find this level of Indian food (or "ethnic" food in general) in this area, but I'm delighted to be wrong. read more

My husband and I have eaten here 5 times in the 2 months this restaurant has been open-it's that good. The dosas are the best we've ever had, and we've eaten at well regarded Indian restaurants across the country. Still can't believe this caliber of Indian food is available in our small community. The biryanis are excellent, as is the paneer. Delicious kormas too, and the accompanying chutneys and sauces are flavorful. We've eaten dinner at the restaurant 4 times, always on a weekend night; each time was even better. Had lunch buffet once: nice way to try lots of different dishes.
