First visit to Mugshots. Ordered a 10 OZ Firestone Amber beer. Waitress brought a mug of yellow beer. I told her that it was not Firestone Amber. She left with it and very soon returned and told me that the bartender said it was Firestone Amber. I again told her that it was not. She left with it again. About 5 minutes later she returned with a mug of Firestone Amber beer; no explanation. No beer prices on the menu. When the check arrived, the 10 OZ beer was $8 plus tax and tip. Burger was good. Said I could sub sweet potato fries for french fries, and then charged $2.95 to do it. Last visit to Mugshots. read more

4-27-25, were there for lunch and they were not very busy. It took the kitchen a long time to get the food out. However, the quality of the food has gone down. The hamburgers were cooked just right but there fries were greasy. The plated food was tasteless and small portion. Not very good! The customer services was lacking. I am not sure if management cares. read more

We've been no less than 15 times since they opened. There's a reason for that..... the burgers are great. We also had some entree salads, sandwiches and seafood options and always has been good. The mushrooms are also very tasty as an appetizer. Service has been expedient each and every time. Highly recommend and we will share some images of food next time we visit. read more

Food was terrible. Chicken sandwich was over cooked. Only one server in the entire restaurant -- she was doing the best she could.

Food was good, I received a curbside pickup order with a smile, order was correct, when we have been inside, the decorations and ambiance or very nice if you want to sit in! Great family environment, bring the kids, great place and Collierville is a good location. read more

Whew.....where to begin? Went in on a Saturday afternoon around 2:00. It wasn't busy so that should have been my first clue. We were immediately seated. Service was super slow and sporadic. Tables that came in after us were greeted, had beverages and appetizers before our server came to take our order. It went downhill fairly quick. We ordered frozen margaritas. They literally tasted like a kool aid slushy. No alcohol at all. I ordered the mucho combo that comes with 3 appetizers and my husband ordered a burger and fries. My food was very very basic bar food. The burger was overcooked and was not seasoned. The fries were basic as well. This was a pretty basic bar meal with sub par service. The good thing is they have tons of TVs up and the Olympics were on. We were able to watch great events while we waited 10-15 minutes for our server to appear each time we needed something. This was a one and done for us. I don't think we will return. read more

What a great dinner tonight! Several dishes were ordered and they came out correctly, hot, and delicious. My Mahi was a little over done, but still oh so tasty. Jasmine, our server was on point! She was knowledgeable and very nice. They were a cook down and so what happened? What should happen! The manager jumped in and started cooking!! Good food and great service. I really enjoyed the patty melt. The sourdough bread gave it great flavor. I'm not a big fan of the batter dipped fries. My girlfriend had the bacon -guacamole burger. It was so so. There wasn't very much guacamole on the burger. read more

Checked out Mugshots today for early dinner, it did not disappoint. We ordered the McDowell burger, Savell burger, Guacamole burger, and the Breakfast burger. Each was cooked perfectly, and the order was on the table in under 10 minutes. The buns are light and fluffy sour dough and fresh! Service was great, we will be back! read more

My family of 4 arrived at 5:45PM on a Friday during the Summer and had a 25 minute wait to be seated. Tables were available so we assumed they just did not have staff to cover those tables. The restaurant was clean. The service was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We ordered as soon as our server came to get our drink order...we had time to look over the menu while waiting. Our food took another 20-25 minutes to be served. The food was good and the pricing was average. About $13 each for the adults and the kids meal was about $7-8. We just had water. The atmosphere was loud but it seemed to be b/c of the concrete floors and lack of sound absorption. Not due to loud music or TVs. Our server was sweet and very accommodating. read more

Arrived fora birthday dinner and it was Happy Hour. The margaritas were wonderful. Our meal was delicious. The atmosphere was superb. Our waitress very attentive and did a fabulous job. Definitely recommend and will be returning soon. read more

As a restaurant that just opened its doors in a new town, I understand service will be slow. The food wasn't great. I had the sampler with chicken wings. The chicken tasted chewy and maybe a little under cooked. The cheese squares were pretty tasty though. I did like the atmosphere though. Plenty of tv's to watch! read more

Four strikes - I'm done with this place. Every single visit there is an issue. Either a long wait for the food to come out, or the wrong food is delivered, or slow service during a non peak hours. The latest being with hardly anyone there, went to have a mid afternoon lunch with my young children and watch the football games. After a wait, I asked to specifically sit in the open area with all of the tv's which was wide open, but instead they tried to force me to sit in the back area behind the bar wall, we left and will not be going back. I have now been there twice. On the plus side the hamburger was excellent. On the down side very slow service. We sat at the bar last night. Bartender put two menus Down and walked away. Had to flag her down to get our drinks. Had to flag her down a second time to get another drink. Same thing happened the last time we were there.
