I love their sweet potatoe fries. They are so crispy and well seasoned. They are my absolute favorite. They can be an entire meal. The portion size is enough to fill anyone's appetite. First time. Service not good, food okay. Home occasionally to visit family. Not sure about a repeat visit. Server smiled, apologized but still did not deliver, watched one of our party get up to go look for ketchup at other tables. Watched two of us not eat the onion rings but never inquired to see if there was an issue. Delivered onion rings instead of fries for one of us and charged the 50 cents upgrade. Never brought cream for the coffee until the third request. Place looked a wreck at 9:00 on this Saturday evening. read more

Bad from Start to Finish We stopped by before the Star Wars opening, and it was obviously a poor choice. Our appetizer combo came out after our entree and was also incorrect. Our entree was also brought out incorrectly. These things happen, but the fact that we didn't see our server at all between having our order taken and after a runner brought out our incorrect food, makes it apparent there is no Front of House leadership or management. If you want Mugshots, go to the Ridgeland location. Food quality, service, and cleanliness of the facility are head and shoulders above this location. read more

I've always been a fan of Mugshots. The food, the service, and the atmosphere are great. The Lake Harbour location is much closer and newer but we prefer Flowood mainly because I prefer the chili there. Maybe it's nothing more than Hormel out of the can but on your burger, it's perfect. It seems Flowood has changed the recipe to whatever Lake Harbour is doing and it's just not as good. Please bring back the old chili. read more

I ate here with a few friends after just getting into town. I think it was a Monday night and the place was pretty busy! I ordered the breakfast burger and fries and I think my friends got chips and salsa, pasta and wings. Nothing that should take very long, even with the amount of people eating there. I think we waited close to 45 minutes-an hour. Our food came out hot and tasted pretty good. My burger was awesome, the fries I could do without. But the service was just terrible. As I mentioned, it took forever to get our food, our bartender was not very informative about his selection, of course he looked about 15 and was very obviously under trained. I might go back here if someone said they were craving Mugshots, but this is not a place I will choose to go on my own. Hire some more, friendlier people and speed up the kitchen and this restaurant will be even busier then you are now! read more

Great place for a burger. Service was ok. This was my second Mugshots location that I have been to, and was underwhelmed with TVs as I went to specifically to watch a game. Although there are a lot and in good locations throughout the restaurant, some(many) are due for an upgrade. Not bad enough to turn me away though. read more

We go here when we want a good burger. I highly recommend the McDonald and the Mahi Mahi sandwich. They will not disappoint.

Plenty of variety. Enjoyed the mushroom burger. Our server, Michael, was kind and attentive. Great location with open environment that tends to make the place noisy which is what you would expect. read more

If you like dry very well done burgers, then this is your place. They only cook them that way because as the owner told me, they are all frozen when they get them and it's the only way he can make sure they are safe. They cannot use fresh meat because they sell too many and they don't have time. I find dry well done burgers terrible compared to juicy fresh and tasty. read more

We got seated quickly, which at noon on Sunday in Mississippi is simply unheard of! After being seated, it took about ten minutes for us to get our drink order taken. I figured since it was a busy day, this was acceptable, but it still rubbed me the wrong way. (Backstory: I am from Hattiesburg, home of the original Mugshots. We had to quit going to the one there simply because of service. It just got worse and worse upon each visit. But! Since we moved, I figured I'd try the one here.) About five minutes after receiving our drinks, our pepper jack cheese wedges came out. Normally, these wedges give me life (as mentioned on my check-in) but today, no life. No happiness. No thrill of seeing ooey gooey pepper jack cheese spill out onto the appetizer plate. They were cooked to a lukewarm temperature at best. Saddened, I dunked them into marinara sauce and thought of money wasted. Then, our burgers came out. I got the McDonald. Covered in cups of sauce, it was difficult to eat. Also, raw bacon? Yum. The saving grace was the french fries. They were cooked to perfection. I probably won't be going back to any Mugshots location in the future. This makes me sad, as I love a good burger. read more

Tried to go to Mugshots to grab a burger for lunch today but had to walk out because no one waited on us. We were seated and was there long enough to decide what we wanted to order and then sat there a while longer, a couple of different wait staff walked passed up on several occasions but no one bothered to acknowledge us. My husband finally looked and me and said "You ready to leave?" and I told him he read my mind. On the way out the door there were a large number of wait staff standing at the check in station discussing shifts...I guess that was more important than waiting on customers. Won't be back to that location for sure. read more

Best burger and onion rings I've had in a very long time!

I ordered carryout from here for the 3rd time tonight and figured I should stop being lazy and write a review. The first 2 times I came here, I got a burger. Both burgers I have tried were very good (breakfast burger and the big kahuna). Tonight I decided to try something other than a burger. I ordered the "Howard's 'Hill Billy' Philly" and boy was I not disappointed. The burgers were good but I really enjoyed Mugshots version of a Philly cheese steak. Their prices are reasonable and the food is fresh and very good. I've read other reviews about spotty service but I have only ordered carryout thru the drive thru(yes, they even have a drive thru!), and have always gotten my food within 15-20 mins of ordering. I definitely recommend Mugshots if you want a good burger/sandwich! read more

I've eaten at several mugshots locations and eaten at this one pretty frequently. I have to say it is the worst. I'm used to getting subpar service from the females at this location, but I went this past Saturday and will not be back. We knew from the parking lot that they were busy and would likely be a wait. We walked in the door, made eye contact with the host, and she immediately turned her back to us. I understand she was probably surveying which tables were clean, so we waited patiently. Another woman walked up to talk to her, I assumed they were trying to locate seating for the nearly 20 people who appeared to be waiting inside and out. I made eye contact with the new woman wanting only to ask how long the wait was and potentially get on the list. The 2 women who walked in shortly after us had gotten in position next to us and began to wait as well, upon realizing the women seemed to have no regard for customer service she exclaimed excuse me. The women rolled their eyes as they turned in our direction, the customer asked the wait for a party of 2(same as us) and the host said "well... uh... probably not too long... uh.. I could put you on a list?" And took the women's name before ours knowing full and well that we had been there first. We simply turned and walked out. We waited there patiently for 5 minutes while these "hostesses" completely ignored us. Don't go back if you want good service, especially on a Saturday. read more

I have always enjoyed Mugshots and their food. I had a very bad experience with them last night though. Me and my boyfriend ordered an appetizer before our meal, the cheese wedges. When my boyfriend bit into one, it was completely uncooked and cold on the inside. We sent them back and did it in a very nice way. When we got them back we had three that were the original cheese wedges then they gave us three that had some kind of cheese dip on the inside. I had never had anything like it. It wasn't even what we ordered and it was almost like because we sent them back they decided to get revenge on us or something. Our server was great but I don't have the outlook that I used to have. Always enjoy their burgers and fries though! read more
