I bought a pair of jeans for my granddaughter for her birthday and she got them shortened at your Mulberry in Minneapolis. At this point in time I thought you had a reputable company but now I've learned more about your services. You shortened them wrong. even your owner agreed with her and said that he would take care of it for her. After a month and a half they have come to the conclusion that a 22-year-old needs a credit with their company instead of being reimbursed for jeans value. Are you kidding me? Why would she go back to you when you ruined the jeans in the first place. These are your future customers Mulberry. Get smart and take care of them. Mulberry's lost a shirt that I had dry-cleaned for my son at SLP location, after he was in Minneapolis for my husband's funeral in early May and was returning 3 weeks later for a wedding. After multiple calls and nagging, they finally found a shirt matching the description (color and basic style), but will not give it to me unless I can tell them the brand name and size. I do not know and my son doesn't either. On top of it, management and staff are rude and defensive, unapologetic about the loss and their "policy", which says that I can't have the shirt back, or stop by to identify it by "look". This has gone on for almost 4 weeks now. My most recent phone call and voice mail to find out how they plan to compensate me for my loss remains unanswered. Stay away. They are incompetent and apparently believe the customer is always wrong. read more

Fairly standard dry cleaning/ laundry dressed up as "luxury" without the actual luxury of decent customer service. I was willing to give them a pass on poor communication and chalk it up to a poorly trained staff when we dropped off and were told we could pick up in two days, only to return and find out it was routed for delivery a week later (not a short round trip). But then, when it came to billing I realized just how poor their platform, customer service, and communication is. I had to dig through the poor UX website to find the pay online option - thinking I paid by card, I receive a bill in the mail two months later with a late fee - no e-mail, no text, no phone call, no alert on my account page - just a paper statement with a late fee. Two months later. When I called this out in a review on another platform they had the audacity to respond and lie, saying they reached out "multiple times" to alert me that they couldn't process my credit card. After checking, because I figure hey maybe I missed something, I could not find a single text, e-mail, or voicemail, beyond automated marketing e-mails that it took me another journey on the poor UX website to figure out how to turn off. read more

I have had a terrible experience with Mulberry's. I had 3 area rugs picked up on Sept 5 and was told on Sept 23 that 2 of the 3 were ready and the third would be ready at the end of the week. Mulberry's kept all 3 rugs for another month with no information or updates until I reached out and asked, then I got a vague response about some confusion. They also charged my payment source multiple times with no visibility to the amount that would be charged for cleaning the rugs and I still haven't received a receipt. Today after 47 days I finally received my rugs back after being given two delivery windows last week where no one showed up and not being told in advance about delivery timing today. The lack of professionalism and accountability in this situation has been ridiculous. read more

Went to Mulberrys off lyndale for a zipper repair on my favorite jeans, it was fixed exactly like they were before and were even pressed.

My experience with Mulberry's has been completely dissatisfactory. Took a comforter in to get cleaned, after 5 days, the comforter was ready to pickup. When I took it home, I noticed a lot of color bleeding. I took it back to the location to show them the damage, they were apologetic and said they would send it back to "the plant" (I assume this is somewhere in the Twin Cities area) to try and get repaired. I go to pickup the comforter a few days later, and this time check for the stains before I leave. The color bleeding was still there in many places, and as an added bonus, now there is a large rip in the fabric. We were told by the associate that we would need to file a claim to make things right. Great. Well, after calling the store multiple times over the past month+ and writing multiple emails trying to get this process started, we are still waiting to be contacted by a certain manager to get this issue resolved. Most recently I was supposed to have been contacted by them a week prior to the sage this being written. The associate at the store has been very apologetic, but there is only so much they have the power to do. I would recommend going elsewhere for laundry services in the Twin Cities. read more

I also had an item lost by Mulberry's. A word of advice: If you have anything of value that you want cleaned, be sure to ask about insurance when bringing in your item(s). Confirm that you have appropriate coverage for your item in case it is lost or damaged, and get this in writing. Here's my story: I brought in a family heirloom tablecloth with an estimated replacement value of $400. Its sentimental value is priceless. Mulberry's in-store staff failed to escalate the issue or have anyone contact me to offer support. After more than three trips to the store to inquire about the lost item, I was finally provided a business card with a contact. Though the contact responded quickly to my email, they ultimately failed to locate the item. They claimed there was no video footage to track how the item left the location and that their payment system was down at the time, preventing them from tracking the purchase or release of the item. They offered $125 store credit and then offered a final offer of $150, but this was a fraction of the fair market value. I assume incidents like this are rare, and I'm surprised they would not offer fair market value for the item to retain a customer when they failed to meet their standards. Ultimately, I refused their offer for store credit. They in turn have closed the case and noted they will not reopen it again the future. Like another dissatisfied customer, I do not want store credit. I no longer trust them to care for any of my garments. I might have a different perspective if I believed they would always do the right thing, but I have come to learn that this is not one of their core values. Re: Mulberry's reply The rejection of communication efforts to resolve the issue is not accurate. I rejected your offers because they did not cover the loss and were in the form of store credit. You closed the door on negotiations because you provided an ultimatum and rejected further discussion on the matter. Some suggestions for Mulberry's: 1. Offer insurance to every customer at the time of drop-off and explain there are limitations to lost or damaged items. 2. Only release items that can be verified through the payment system. 3. Provide a receipt to consumers that show items picked up and items still processing. read more

took my down comforter to the st louis park location on 11/8/25. went on 11/22/25 to pick it up and was stunned at the size of the item they gave to me. my comforter was a twin size, channels and brown piping around the edges. wasn't that large an item. what they gave back was humongous and I challenged on the size. it was rolled up like a bedroll only 10 times the size. told the guy that couldn't be mine and why. plus he brought out a duvet cover he said was mine. my down comforter did NOT have one. this thing was so big and heavy thy guy hoisted it on his shoulder to bring to my vehicle. when I got to my building did know how I would get to my apartment because I have a physical challenge. two days later I was in the garage and a man offered to bring it up. when I opened it, it was a queen size feather bead! called the store to have them pick this item up and bring my down comforter back. I was informed I would be charged for the pick up and to bring mine. they would look for my item but would take 3 weeks to investigate! makes me wonder if somebody helped themselves plus someone is missing a feather bead. dealing with this store is is a nightmare and tude. Will never do business with them again nor recommend. not the first time they a switch on me but will be the last. read more

Very convenient neighborhood dry cleaning. Nicely set up, offering a number of services. They've always done good dry cleaning and I would have given at least four stars except for this last visit customer service was lacking and they also didn't do a good job on a coat I brought in, completely missing a spot. First off, when initially dropping the garment off I specifically mention where exactly the spot was, the employee practically rolled her eyes(didn't really though) and said some comment as if to say I didn't know what I was talking about, uhm...it's my garment! Because of that attitude I could have bet on the fact that they didn't clean what I told them to and sure enough they didn't. It was a very noticeable splotch and should have been noticed even if I didn't say anything. Guess what, they had to clean it again. I try not to purchase clothes that need to be dry cleaned so when I do go to the cleaners I am looking for a discount cleaner. This is not the place. As for price, this is the most expensive place I have ever taken my clothes. Nothing I wear ever deserves someone else to wash it. There seems to be a system in which they let one know when their dry cleaning is available via text, however, I didn't receive that message. I am sure my clothes stayed at the cleaners to the point that they were about to donate it to the Salvation Army or Goodwill. Who's fault is that? Well, not mine. I still blame Mulberry's for not reminding me when my clothes were ready. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my dry cleaning experience. You are greeted with a bin full of lollipops. Who doesn't love that? And the personnel are very hospitable. Afterall, this is what I expect from a premium dry cleaner. The wooden hangers are a nice fancy upgrade from my wire hangers. Mulberry has a dedicated parking spot located in the back of the store for the quick pickup. However, they also offer delivery and onsite pickup. If you are a serious dry cleaner, I think this service would we worth it! read more

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. My grandmother was very recently diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer-- a little over a month before my eldest sister's wedding. I spoke with the owner of the Roseville location who assured me that if my maid-of-honor dress was dropped off today (Friday the 5th) and I had time for them to take measurements, they could have my dress altered + done prior to the October 20th wedding. Turns out they're full of SHIT. Staff had me running around to not one, not two, but THREE different locations before I was finally told "oh well! the tailor is out sick today!" I completely wasted 4+ hours of my time and all I have to show for it is an empty gas tank and an unaltered dress. Will never, ever work with these people and strongly recommend that you don't either. read more

I brought my wedding dress here because I was attracted to the toxin free cleaning process. Unfortunately the $200 I spent on my cleaning got me a dress that was still dirty and it extremely wrinkled. There was a note from what appeared to be a 3rd party cleaner attached explaining they tried to clean "several" times but that further cleaning might damage the dress. The note offered "If you have any questions please call) but was missing the critical information like a phone number or name to contact. I tried to ask the man at the counter who was assisting me but he was distracted trying to find the missing skirt and did not seem to communicate in English very comfortably. My dress has a separate tulle skirt that was dropped off all together and was unbeknownst to me separated from my dress and is "delayed" I am not sure when I will get it back. The pieces were dropped off on 6/11 and I picked up my dress 7/6 a week after the estimated three weeks, and when I went I had no idea the other piece was not ready so I will have to make another unpleasant trip. Poor communication. Did not meet timeline. Offered no solution for the extremely poor results of my cleaning. Still missing my other piece. read more

I'm giving Mulberrys two stars because I was happy with their service the 5 or 6 times that I brought my clothes to their Grand Ave and southwest Minneapolis locations. After my most recent experience with Mulberrys', I will not go there again. After my first week of work at a new job, I needed to have all of my suits dry cleaned, and the only nearby dry cleaners that was open on Sunday was Mulberrys. I decided to try their home pickup & delivery service in order to save time, and the first time was free. I paid extra for next-day dry cleaning, because I needed to wear a suit every day to work that week. When my clothes were delivered the next night, Monday, all of the suits were missing at least one piece. One suit was totally missing - no skirt, no blazer. Mulberrys did not let me know that any of the clothes would not be delivered on time, so it was a stressful surprise. I tried to call but it was late, so they had already closed. I checked the status of my order on Mulberrys' website and there was not an accurate list of the clothing that had been picked up - some of the pieces were missing from the list, one item was listed that was not mine (I imagine that they entered a skirt - which was missing from the list - into the system as a pair of pants), and the items that were correctly listed had a "promised by" date that was several days later than the actual "promised by" date, which was that Monday. The next day, Tuesday, I spent over an hour in total on the phone with 3 or 4 different Mulberrys employees over the course of the work day. They were all cordial, but none seemed concerned that my clothes were missing/not delivered on time. No one could tell me where the missing items were. Ultimately, after I called them several times to keep checking on the status of my clothing, they did deliver the missing items by around 6:30pm. I was relieved to have them back because I did not have to replace all of my suits as I had thought that I would need to, but dealing with Mulberrys caused me to be distracted and stressed all day, on one of my first few days of work, when the whole point of using their pickup & delivery service was to save time. Mulberry's lost a favorite, hand knit sweater and their lack of concern was pretty astonishing. When I went to pick it up,the staff were blasé about its absence from my order. Multiple phone calls and e- mails to the main office went unanswered and when I finally got through, the manager pretty much said "too bad, nothing I can do". I don't think they made any effort to track it down and finally offered me an amount that wouldn't even cover the cost of the yarn. read more

When I dropped off, they told me they could deliver! That was so helpful especially for those that are busy. They delivered on the day/time as promised. I was a long time customer until recently at Mulberry's. Never, ever again. Between the long waits in the late afternoon for my clothing to arrive (on the promised day!) and hearing "the truck is on it's way" from staff that quite frankly did not give a rip when it actually showed up. To shrinking my Eileen Fisher pieces so I could no longer wear them and not standing behind their work. No thanks. I'll take my dry cleaning to another neighborhood company that knows how to clean without damaging my garments and doesn't price gouge me. You can keep your coffee and lollipops for another sucker. read more

Mulberrys made it very easy to get great service during the stay at home order. A driver came and picked up our order at our door and dropped back off with no extra fees or delivery charges. Mulberry's is professional and full service. They've never done anything but a spotless job on my dry cleaning. The staff will also work with you to apply coupons. However, they will up-charge easily, so lint role before bringing in and remove dress belts to avoid extra fees. read more

I have been a Mulberry's customer for a little over 2 years now. Our problems are with the customer service. Our building downtown has scheduled drop off and pick up times - for the past year they have yet to actually pick up any laundry on the day/time specified. Frustratingly, when you call to speak with someone you receive an answering machine or you get routed to one of the stores, which then has to forward you on to another store to get a hold of someone. I have been speaking to Jake (apparently the customer experience manager) - he assured me, that after calling and leaving messages that were never returned, he would have our clothing picked up immediately and dropped off at our next scheduled date. I figured I'd give them one last try.... bad idea. Our clothing was never picked up. I think it is unfortunate that the customer service is so god awful. We are pretty happy with the quality of cleaning - and in two years have only had one item we needed to send back (a stain didn't come out the first time). But I can honestly say that we will never use this cleaners or any of the branches again. read more

That was due to one staff member not doing their part to achieve great customer service. I surfaced the complaint and the business said they would address it. I brought a1950s vintage dress in for cleaning and pressing, purchased for my daughter's formal dance. It came back later than promised, only leaving one day before the dance. Despite notes on the account and on the garment that it was delicate lace, vintage, and to be handled with care, it came back with the lace shredded! Not only was it a ruin of a beautiful vintage dress in great condition, it sent us into a rush to find/purchase yet another dress last minute. They did send it to their tailor to fix it, but they could not replace the vintage lace. Unfortunately, it doesn't look anywhere near as good as it originally did and has lost a lot of the charm of its scalloped lace and pleating. They offered me store credit in the value of the dress, but I will never take anything to them so that does me no good. I'm sad and frustrated with the whole experience, be ware what you trust then with. read more
