We were told service calls would be free for a period of time, but that was not honored. We have been charged repeatedly for service visits. More recently, we noticed double charges on our monthly bill. When my husband called to address it, he was told very rudely that because of an issue with our equipment, they "manually" processed something and charged us twice. That is not an acceptable business practice. You cannot just double charge customers without clear authorization or explanation. To make matters worse, instead of resolving the issue, we were redirected to another company regarding app-related equipment. The lack of accountability and customer service is concerning. We are current customers and are now actively looking for other options. We expected reliability and professionalism from a security company,unfortunately, ADT has not delivered either

Dave arrived with an assistant and quickly diagnosed a weak amplifier up on the antenna. They brought out the 40 ft ladder and had the new amplifier installed in about 30 minutes. That visit was two weeks ago and we haven't had a single missed program since. We continue to be very happy customers of Connect Tech, highly recommending Dave Riollano and his team!

While I was waiting for the technician to arrive, I fiddled with the settings and ended up resolving the issue on my own. What really stood out to me was the honesty--both Mitchell and the technician could have easily said I needed new equipment or upgrade or unnecessary work, but instead they were supportive and completely upfront.
