After days of no showing I called Adam's cell phone because he gave me his card if I needed him again , he was extremely rude to me and blocked my number. I have been calling this company every day trying to get help with this issue. It has been over 2 weeks and still no help ! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! This was the only location that was able to assist in the kind of key I was looking to be made. Took me almost a year to finally bring the broken key down and both the receptionist and Russ both remembered me.
