Dirty car returned with bird poop and cobwebs all over, directly after an $800 professional detail. They wouldn't clean it off when asked..

you will NOT believe the level of incompetence and disrespect I received from the owner of the dealership after I purchased three new vehicles from this dealership within the last eight years, including a $44,000 truck last month. After purchasing a new 2500 Cummins from the dealership, it had to be towed in several times within the first three weeks because it would not start, shift or turnover at all during several different occasions. We had to have it towed in multiple times and luckily I purchased the three-year warranty for 5000 additional extra dollars. Three weeks after purchasing the truck, both the auxiliary and main battery completely die and are apparently unsalvageable leaving me with a $2200 bill for batteries and now apparently towing which was supposed to be free with my warranty. I spoke to several people in the dealership, including the manager at the time, Mr. Randy, and they all agreed that they would cover the price of replacement batteries and apologized that this never should have happened with such a new vehicle. Mr. Randy said he was going to take the cost of stock batteries and put this towards lithium upgrades that were a total of $1900 instead of a total of $1500. I confirm this price three times with manager Randy and another worker over several days, then placed the order for the lithium batteries. After the batteries were ordered, installed, and Mr. Randy called me and specifically asked, "when can we tow this truck back to you?" I explained that I had ordered a 5000 Watt inverter, dual air compressor, and decked storage system, and wanted them to be installed while the truck was in the dealership to save me a trip. This system only runs off of lithium batteries and will not run off of stock batteries! This is important! During this time, apparently Mr. Randy, the manager stopped working at the dealership and now the owner Chris is taking over his position. Upon attempting to pick up my vehicle for the agreed-upon price from a month ago, Mr. Chris now attempted to charge me $1600 for batteries and tried to tell me that a stock battery for my truck only cost $300; which is insanely ridiculous. On the way to the dealership I confirm that his pricing was incorrect by calling the ram dealership in San Luis Obispo; the owner, Chris, was extremely rude, abrupt and interruptive- and he told me several times, "I don't believe a single word you are telling me". I tried to explain to him that I am clearly not trying to steal because I am only asking for stock batteries to be covered on a brand new vehicle and I have purchased three new vehicles from him in the last eight years. Mr. Chris was by far one of the most rude people I have ever dealt with, and there is no way I would ever recommend my worst enemies to purchase a vehicle from him. He is a liar and he completely fabricated and falsified documents to try and tell me that the original agreed-upon covered price was only $300 for batteries, which is completely ridiculous and I was never told this tiny price or I would have just covered it.. I am ready to wrap my entire truck with a shame on Mullahey sign all around.. Do not go here, the owner explicitly lied to me several times, refused to honor the agreement that four of his employees promised me and refused to honor the free towing that is written in my $5000 extended warranty contract Also, when they towed my vehicle into the shop during this last incident, the tow truck driver obviously drove through some rubble and ended up chipping and gouging over a dozen giant holes and pits on the passenger side of my vehicle that were clearly brand new. The dealership ended up having them touched up, but I can tell where each spot was. the owner Chris attempted to blame it on me several times and told me that it looked like it was from a weed eater- this truck has been in my driveway or the parking lot of my gym ever since I bought it. It has never been near weeds.. Also, the day before my truck got towed into the dealership 4.5 weeks ago, I told several of the employees that my truck was detailed the day before it was towed in and I spent over $800 having this truck, professionally detailed for a special event. They returned the vehicle to me with cobwebs, thick dust, and several large bird shits all over the vehicle like it was parked underneath a cable for birds to sit on.. thank you for wasting an additional $800 and five weeks of my time to just call me a liar! Worst service I have ever encountered with any type of business! I see why they're rating is only 3.0 stars with over 118 ratings. that's only a 60%, which is a failing grade.. in the entire time I was trying to pick up my vehicle right now, not a single other customer walked into the dealership or was inside anywhere looking at vehicles or having service done- if your dealership is this slow, I would not be turning away any type of customer, especially repeat ones who purchased multiple expensive cars

A sad and probably over paid man

Randy the service manager is super unprofessional. I had some work done there and it was done incorrectly so after I find that out I called them and he told me that the employee that performed the work no longer works there. This was his excuse for why they weren't responsible and the way he talks to customers in general from the moment he picked up the phone was even wilder and just keep repeating himself that the employee didn't work there anymore and continued to tell me he didn't know why I'm calling him , he even offered to give me the ex employees contact information to contact them beware of this dude and this place in general and for the people that work at this place I would be asking Randy if something goes wrong are you going to give them my number and say it's my fault ? Dudes wild for that

Seat Belt bolt, just sitting in the hole. Not even hand tight.

Horrible service work. Took my Ram 2500 in for warranty work, the rear seat needed to be removed. When reinstalling the seat they left the center seat belt behind the seat back so it was impossible to use. When I went to fix the issue myself I noticed the bolt that hold the seat belt wasn't even screwed down. There could be no more serious of a safety issues than not securing the seat belt. (See pic of how I found the bolt) I texted the general manage and attached the pic. Asked him to give me a call regarding the horrible attention to detail from his service department. To this date he has not had the courtesy or professionalism to return my call. I can only assume, the general manager could care less about the quality of his service department of the safety of Mullahey's customers.

Just dropped my truck off for its 20,000 mile service, it's still under warranty but they tried to charge me for an oil change. The person checking me in, Carol, was less than friendly, whistled in my face the entire time I was talking to her. I felt as though I was bothering her by coming in to have my truck serviced and then as I was leaving I saw her drive away in her Toyota Tundra going to lunch. No wonder - I was keeping her from her lunch. My bad. Before we left we stopped by the parts department to have a key ordered. We recently bought a Jeep and now we need a second key for both vehicles. We stood there for about 5 minutes when a man came over asking if we had been helped, when we said no he said he went to get the manager. We were looking at the different options for mounting cell phones when the manager came out and said 'That'll be $50!' No smile, no sorry to keep you waiting. No hi, can I help you? No customer service at all. Uh?? Really? I explained we needed 2 different keys made and without letting me finish what I was saying he fired out 'that's $300 each' in a tone filled with fire. Well after today I will not be returning to Mullahey. After spending $45k+ on a vehicle, I expect to be welcomed, considering I'll only be spending more money in the near future. Thank goodness the central coast isn't too small for another Dodge dealership. See you soon Cole, sorry I strayed, won't happen again. *** I had to call when I never received a call saying the truck was done - promised between 3:30 and 4. It's almost 5 now. *** Randy was very friendly, and it didn't look at all like it hurt him to smile. Truly Randy would be the reason to come back to Mullahey but I won't risk having to deal with Carol or the parts manager. Thanks Randy for just being you. Just left the dealership and my rear tires need air?!?!? Really???? Never again.

It had major engine issues and was too expensive to repair. We decided to look at F250 Diesels at Paso Robles Ford as they came recommended. We test drove 4 different Trucks and decided on the F250 XLT. Colton was very helpful with our test dives and while we sat down to complete the transaction. During our meeting with him I stressed the fact that it would be licensed in Nevada, he said "no issues". During our time with the finance manager, we also stressed the need to send the license and registration fees to Nevada. Our Sparks NV. address is on the contract, my Nevada Driver's license is on it, and I mentioned the truck being insured in Nevada as this is our primary residence. Well, they did not do as we needed, all fees went to California which I discovered upon trying to register with NV's DMV. I proceeded to contact Colton, upon talking to him he said we were advised that fees were being sent to California, WRONG, no mention of this at all. Neither myself nor my wife remember this supposed advisement. If we had, I would not have had my car Insurance Company in Nevada, provide the coverage for the F250, not to say this could have presented a major problem if a mishap had occurred before we registered in NV. It appears California and Nevada, even though same Insurance Companies used have strict guidelines which I was well aware of. Therefore, the truck was not legally insured. We contacted California DMV, and they said the dealer was responsible. My wife went to Paso Robles Ford, where she talked to the Manager and he BLUNTLY said they would not do anything. ATTITUDE, ATTITUDE was very discourteous, and no one was going to help, and we were not going to get our fees back from them. PASO ROBLES FORD MANAGMENT TEAM is unethical and apparently have no respect or care for customers. They also do not want repeat customers. Between California DMV and Nevada DMV, we are out about $2000 with $817 being what we should have received back from PASO ROBLES FORD.

Customer Beware - Misleading Sales Practices…read more I was selling my Mustang on Facebook Marketplace when Zephyrin from Paso Robles Chevrolet contacted me about purchasing the car for their used inventory. Since I live about an hour away in Nipomo, I asked if they could give me a conditional offer before I made the drive. I provided the VIN, mileage (64k), and my listing already included about 15 photos showing the car in detail. Zephyrin responded that their conditional offer without seeing the car was $24,000, and that they might be able to increase it by another $2,250 after inspection. Based on that conversation, I drove to Paso Robles Chevrolet. When I arrived, it was as if that discussion never happened. The manager (I believe his name was Don, but I'm not 100% certain) immediately started talking about needing $1,800 tires and offered $22,500, later increasing it to $23,000 and refusing to move further. I explained that I regularly receive offers in the $23k-$25k range, and the only reason I drove up was because they had already stated $24k as the conditional offer before seeing the car. Instead, I spent over two hours round trip driving there just to receive a lower offer. I still have the Facebook Marketplace messages confirming the $24,000 conditional offer. Overall, the experience felt misleading and dishonest, and I would not recommend doing business with Paso Robles Chevrolet if you value transparency and your time.
