Amazing service department for EV drivers! These guys are up to date on Ford EV tech. They have the equipment and knowledge, to service EVs. Attitude is everything and these guys rock! They honestly care, they listen and treat your car or truck as if it were their own. Paso Ford is my EV dealership from this day forward (even though they are 130 miles from my house and there are 4 other dealers on the way to Paso Ford! So I had some service done on my F350 last week. They did a complete brake job and an oil change. The brake job was good until I applied my parking brake. Their was not any at all. So I took it back for them to fix this. I was able to get my vehicle back within a few hours only to find out they they had set it to tight as the parking brake was still slightly engaged after it was completely released. So back to the dealer for the fix. Please I noticed that the oil change sticker was no changed with the new mileage on it. They New I was very disappointed in the service department. I even made contact with the service manager too So this time they gave me a brand new vehicle (which they do not do) to drive home in and to test drive around as we are in the market for a new one. They contacted me the following morning to inform me that my vehicle was ready. They fix all of the issues and all of my concerns. This service department knows how to take care of their customers. Paso Ford was overall, through and through great customer service! We were so discouraged about buying a truck in CA with the crazy mark ups and high demand. We almost went out of state to buy one. We saw the truck we wanted online at Paso Ford and Jason was so quick to get back to us on all of our questions and inquiries. We drove up and Jason was so accommodating with the test drive and having it ready for us, he provided such ease and convenience with having trade in info, and monthly payment estimates when we came back. He was so efficient and so friendly! When it came to us officially signing papers, Josh was super helpful and also made the tedious paperwork side of it all, a breeze. Not to mention, we got the exact truck we were driving out of state for, for $10k less than we were going to spend. Took 2019 Fusion Energi in about a month ago to get check engine light diagnosed. They had no diagnosis and no suggestions. Took it back today with same issue. Had 10 AM appt. Dropped it off. They said they would call when ready. Never called. Went to service desk at 5 PM. Service writer said he took car to back to get diagnosed and it never got looked at. It literally just sat there for 7 hours. This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. No explanation, no apology, no nothing. I like Paso Robles Ford because of their good customer service. Nice service staff. But today was no bueno. Went in for a simple oil change. When they're done they tell me they didn't rotate my tires because one tire had a nail in it. They pulled the nail out but didn't patch it because I could go someplace else and get it done for free. Anyone who thinks this makes sense? Drive over to Big Brand. Too busy. They send me to American Tire. Nice folks who will fix it but they're very busy too and I'll need to wait an hour before they can get to it. The moral of this story is if you want to give good customer service you better fix the tire! Or at least give this very unhappy customer the option of paying for it if I so wished. They do great work and the pricing is reasonable. My only problem is that you can't schedule an appointment for service any earlier than 2 weeks. They need to hire more service people or open the service department on the weekends. I have spent a lot of money over the years with other service shops that I would rather have spent at Paso Ford. read more

Great shopping and buying experience EVER with our salesperson Fernando Salazar. We haven't purchased a car for over 10 years! But when we do, it always seems so stressful and we always second guess ourselves after our purchase (we just figured that was our process for an expensive purchase). Fernando was honest and honest with us (much appreciated), and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. We purchased the 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid (our first Ford and hybrid, so we had a lot of questions!). We were looking for a car to tow 4-down behind our RV. Fernando wasn't knowledgeable about the towing feature, but went out of his way to confirm that it was in fact towable and even figured out how to disengage and set it up for towing. First experience a week ago cost us another breakdown on the 101. After charging close to $2000 for radiator hose, manifold and gasket and pressure check fir any leaks, we had another breakdown 15 miles away from the dealership. Why? Hose clamps were, not even clamped! Third breakdown today on 46. Why? The radiator they allegedly pressure tested had a "pee" leak. Ok, towed agIn and stranded again in hotel now in Paso Robles. Also noticed heavy clanging from rear drive shaft they installed after tow. The professionalism is highly under question, their ultimate ASE certification under question and their work product below ASE standards. WARNING! DO NIT ENTRUST YOUR VEHICLE TO REPAIR AT THIS DEALERSHIP!! Lawsuit time!!! read more

Awful dealership. Tried to purchase a car here and they quoted me and got me a contract for a very low APR then a week later they called and said they could only get me 14%?!? And if I didn't accept they would be taking the car back. Called my bank got approved for 4%. But decided I didn't want to deal with Paso Ford at all because I was so upset and let them take it back. Their finance guy who previously worked at Mercedes or so he said is awful and down right rude... I was quoted a price with tax and title all in one and when I went to sign papers the car was thousands higher then the agreement I signed with the sales manager... they told me it was a mix up and there was no way they could do that price. Experience was awful and when I bought my new BMW they told me that's a common tactic for dealers to do that so you fall in love with the car and think your getting a low APR then they give you a higher one hoping you love the car enough to accept that difference. I had my 2018 f150 diagnosed wrong from another mechanic and thanks to my buddy justin smith at paso ford he convinced me to come in and have them take a look at it. I was kept in the loop about everything going on and after figuring out what was actually wrong with the truck I had it back the next day and havnt had any problems since then. Paso Fords service department has definitely exceeded my expectations this time around. The service manager Jesse spoke with me on the phone yesterday about a problem my Flex was having, and was so incredibly helpful and nice to me. Then today, I was greeted by Tyler at the front desk (great name, also my youngest sons name :)) who was very polite and welcoming. Love, Love Paso Ford! I have been coming here to get my focus serviced for the past 1.5 years and can only say good things. They are very punctual. When they say an oil change will take about an hour they ACTUALLY mean it. They have always finished my jobs in a timely manner while also keeping me updated. The service mangers are genuine people. I had a great experience. I would normally go to my local dealership, but it is under construction. Joe, in parts, was great. I needed a new key for an older Mustang. He cut a new key, but didn't have the obsolete fob in stock. He and Steve, in service, found one at another Ford dealership and I paid for them to ship it to me in SLO. Absolutely God awful auto service center. It takes these clowns 9 days to change an alternator. Terrible customer service, they never call you back and you will have to badger them constantly for any information. I can also attest to their poor workmanship, I asked for my horn to be fixed and a new battery the last time I had it in for service, they ignored me and never fixed it, then pointed it out with their idiotic 100 point jackass report.
