This time, I had an "A4 Service" message on my panel, so I looked for a local place other than the dealer, which is very inconvenient in SLO. Well, Yelp came to my rescue. Auto Limits shows with 5 stars, and it's located so close to me. I called them, made an appointment, and they gave me a reasonable quote. That morning, I dropped it off, and John said it would be ready by 2pm. Well, before 2pm, i received a call that it could be picked up. Not only that, it was nearly a $100 lower than the estimate "...because it was checked, and wasn't needed"...wow. I love it. What makes up for a little messy / fugly office, they are nice, honest, and give good service. Again, love it.

He was very kind, explained everything thoroughly, and most of all did not try to take advantage of a young woman in an emergency situation.

I've taken a few of our cars and truck for various repairs and smog service and have never had any issues. Keegan, my service advisor, was outstanding. He communicated with me constantly, kept me informed, and provided regular updates throughout the entire process. I never had to wonder what was happening with my truck. What impressed me even more was how I was treated before the service department had even opened. I was stranded at the dealership on a Sunday, waiting for the tow truck to arrive with my truck. A gentleman working that day--I believe he was in sales or finance--treated me as though he were welcoming me into his own home. He came outside to visit with me, invited me to wait inside where it was cool, and offered me water and cookies. That level of genuine kindness is incredibly rare in today's world. I spent my career in retail and served as a vice president of a national brand, so I recognize exceptional customer service and a well-run organization when I see one. I would have been honored to have someone like him working for me. Keegan and the entire staff at Borjon Auto Center turned a difficult situation during a family vacation into an exceptionally positive experience.
