Boards started cracking. They kept sending out the installer to replace the cracked boards with leftover material we had from the original install. But it continued to happen. Finally, they reached out to the manufacturer who sent their own inspector out to determine what the cause was. Before this inspector came out though Jeff, the head of Cherry City sent the original installer back out to my house to make some adjustments and create gaps in the installl so it was altered before the manufacturer showed up. After they came back with their report determining it was a bad install, Jeff said that he disagreed with it. Ultimately, they didn't take care of it and we have a cracked floor in multiple places. Avoid this place at all cost. They are terrible and Jeff is a total piece of garbage.

I'm sad that I can't post a photo here, because it's absolutely beautiful. Customer service was top-notch. My purchase was tiny, but I felt like was treated with the same attention and care as any client would have been. That was noticed and very much appreciated.

Had to stop what I'm doing to leave a review--that helpful. Not a contractor, so he had to listen to me describe a part poorly. He deciphered what I meant, and even went so far as to research a photo a contractor sent me of what we needed. Although everyone we spoke with earlier was also unfamiliar with the item, Bill took the time to understand the project and why we may have been told to source this item. Then, he did what he could to locate and refer us to someone who may have it. Absolutely excellent customer service, gained some customers!
