I got the phone call and immediately got up to leave but was told by the front desk I needed to pay for my appt, zero sympathy or concern. I paid politely just needing to get out of there asap. Today I showed up 12min late to my appt and the PT assistant wouldn't see me. I asked if I could be refunded for last appt because of what happened to my son and me needing to leave after 10min of being seen. The man at the front desk could have cared less about any of this and just gave me a number to call. People are human and there is no room for it at PRN, they are rigid and have zero grace. I've also overheard the front desk talking about people they are annoyed with there. Also, there is zero free parking. The whole thing is just a big pain in the butt if you are required to be seen by PT more than once a week. It's a shame for the main PT there because he seemed very knowledgeable and hard working.

Very frustrating and disappointing.

Finally i made an appointment with Dr. Aaron Snyder and was very thoroughly evaluated. My recovery was based on strengthening areas of my body which for years even as a yogi were not utilized correctly, and overcompensated for with other areas. It was brought to my attention that my core needed improvement to protect my back. After each session I was provided specific exercises, and these exercises were cumulative and more were added as I progressed. It was also brought to my attention slight changes to my walking style, and the goals established were not just short term recovery, and injury prevention, but also long term body sustainability. It has been six weeks of absolutely no return of any previous issues, and I am continuing the exercise routine at home. This has brought awareness to my areas of weakness, corrected it, and in fact I feel I am stronger. As a middle age person, I feel unconditionally that Dr. Aaron's diagnosis and recommendations will enable me to age better in the future. Anyone who is questioning a functionality with their body would be well advised to consult with Thrive, and determine if the concern can be corrected.

When I asked to transfer to another facility, the administrator Dina, came to see me and moved me to another room that was much quieter. I had 2 obnoxious roommates after my first one died and Dina again worked it out to my current roommate who is working out well. Do not send things to the laundry as I lost a dress before realizing this is par for the course The staff was very kind and pleasant including when dealing with truly abusive and combative patients. This facility is the only one I have ever been to so I have no comparison. PT & OT were great. I greatly underage time I would need to recover from extensive back surgery. I'm currently set to leave in 2 weeks which is 14 weeks after coming here. One of the social workers was very helpful with discharge planning but the one usually here seemed distracted and did not follow up on homecare after several requests. I found the food to be decent but was unable to meet with the nutritionist after the first to change my original diet. So the same breakfast I had Requested the first week stayed making it feel like the movie ground hog day. I have nothing else to compare this with but overall I was pleasantly impressed with m
