I'm buying a property and it required a simple letter that stated this office does our taxes and have done our taxes. When I asked Mr. Gustavo for this type of letter. He never answered my phone calls. I left messages and left emails and he never responded my phone calls. When I finally got a hold of him he responded with unprofessional attitude. He insisted he was not the person to write me a letter. After I proved to him that he was indeed the person who I needed the letter from he said he would write it. He never sent it. I called again and he told me I should write a letter. So because of my need I WROTE THAT LETTER ALL HE HAD To Do Was SIGN. My other Tex person for personal taxes gave it to me in two days did not charge a single cent. Mr. Gustavo has the audacity to charge me $100 to sign a later I wrote. I wasn't asking fir a notarized letter therefore he cannot charge for this. This letter is a couple sentences that says I do their traces and have done it for certain years that's it. I did the work for him. I'm astonished at the lack of customer service you have lost a great customer. And I would advise that anyone looking for a good tax person does not come here. Six Months Sitting in a Body Shop…read more I'm writing this review as the driver and owner of the vehicle involved in this claim, and the experience with State Farm and the local office that sold us our policy has been unbelievably frustrating. For 15 years, my family and I were loyal State Farm customers. We paid around $1,300 per month in premiums and never once filed a claim. On November 24, 2025, I was driving my $180,000 flagship luxury vehicle with only a few thousand miles on it when another driver hit the entire driver side of my car. The damage was significant. The vehicle was taken to a certified body shop where the repair estimate came back at $31,000. State Farm's offer was $6,000. Because of this dispute, my car has now been sitting at the body shop for six months waiting for State Farm to properly address the claim. Six months without the use of a vehicle that was practically brand new. What made the situation even more frustrating was the response from the local State Farm office where we purchased our policies. For 15 years, the staff in that office were very friendly, polite, and helpful whenever it came to signing us up for coverage and collecting our premiums. As long as we were paying every month, the customer service was great. But the moment we had an actual claim, the attitude completely changed. When my wife contacted the office to explain what was happening with the claim, the response she received was that they "only sign people up for insurance" and that they "have nothing to do with the claims department." That response was incredibly disappointing. If an office is going to represent a company, sell its policies, and collect premiums from customers for over a decade, they should not suddenly distance themselves the moment a serious issue arises. After paying thousands of dollars in premiums over the years, being told that the office that sold us the policy has nothing to do with helping when there is a problem is unacceptable. Between the claim handling and the lack of support from the office that sold us the policy, we ultimately canceled our State Farm coverage after 15 years and moved our insurance elsewhere. That was Thursday of last week and never heard back from her, I gave her a call yesterday Monday (I figured maybe she was busy) and she had to ask me to email her the information once again, Nana was supposed to call me back yesterday and never did. If the customer service already sucks I can only imagine how much hassle it will be if I were to get insurance through their agency.
