I take back my five star review I left approximately 26 days ago. Apparently when you call to cancel your policy they actually WONT cancel it and proceed to charge you anyways for a car YOU DONT HAVE ANYMORE and a POLICY that ISNT NEEDED!! Then when you call to see WHY you were charged FOR THE CANCELLED Policy they act like you never called to cancel it because it wasn't "documented" that you called to cancel. Thankfully I left a yelp review THE DAY I CANCELLED MY POLICY to prove I, in fact did call and speak to someone about my policy. I will never use Adriana's insurance ever again in my life. Now I need to wait 2-4 hours for a manager to call me TODAY FOR A MISTAKE THEY MADE. Not to mention the guy I spoke with has absolutely zero customer service skills and talked to me like I was stupid. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

Went to Adriana's Insurance on Woodman, city of Arleta for the first time ever. First impression was great. I was greeted immediately, with a welcoming smile. It was a bit busy, so I waited for a little bit. I was looking to get lower premiums than I was paying to my current insurance issuer. Sure enough I landed at the right place. I was assisted by Landy, a representative who was very courteous and helpful. She answered all my questions regarding coverage and in the end, I felt comfortable with the decision I made. They love putting you on hold more than helping and then hanging up the phone after you've been waiting for 40+ min.

They are so tricky, they want you pay in full May and June, and the discount they have to give to the people at this situation, with no job, could be ready for July, when this pandemia get over, and everybody had a job. Very clever. That mean they are not helping ANYBODY! They have low prices but good luck if you're in an accident. They would not help you through claim process even when it's not your fault. In my case, my aunt was rear ended, and they told her that they DIDN'T help with claim process unless she pays her deductible. Shocked I called their office and this was confirmed! Couldn't believe they wouldn't help with process as all other insurance providers help to work with you to resolve accident claims. We had to go through the other parties insurance to resolve our claim. Terrible service and do yourself a service avoid at all cost. Muy mal servicio y no te ayudan cuando tengas un acidente aunque no sea tu culpa. Ellos solo te dicen que tu lo resuelvas o que pages tu deductible.
