It's not the kid hysterical it's your "doctor" who doesn't know how to work with toddler. We came with a bitten lip and I asked to explain me how to take care of it. They started by taking the vitals with finger clip and my kid didn't like it the assistant spent long time trying to take vitals while I was holding a crying baby who doesn't want that clip on his finger. After that the "doctor" came and tried to listen his lungs and check ears! Why? We came with cuts on his lip! He was out of office, got a call back saying "no, that's not safe at all to stop those meds, you need to make an appointment" lmfao, SERIOUSLY?? YEAH, NO!! Found an amazing Dr who said he was wrong, period. I should've gotten pretty sick withdrawing from my pysch meds, but i got very lucky. I will be telling as many people and platforms as I can at this point for the horrible way I was treated by this person. My insurance even noted how scammy it was and apologized and opened an internal claim. I would have been charged $0 if they sent me to a normal place like how my other doctors have done for the past 10 years. DO NOT GO THERE. I don't care if you've seen good reviews, as I did have a fine experience with my PCP, but they are a scam company. My insurance even noted that I should be able to negotiate the costs given how they were grossly incompetent. On top of that, the billing department kept saying I need to 'three way' my insurance, but then after spending an hour trying to do that because the billing department kept hanging up, they noted that they couldn't. Only reason why I didn't give five stars was because everything took so long. In finished all the testing at 1030am, then waited for second reevaluation, I didn't get discharged until 2pm. The only problem I had was the guy in the next room kept screaming at the top of his lungs, cursing, shouting, threatening he was going to shoot down this place. I basically was paying the whole time I had to endure this nonsense. But I was not feeling weak so I just listened to his garbage and tried to sleep later I found out there was a police officer waiting in front of his door. All in all I was taken care of.

Your facility needs to do a better job as far as nursing staff…read more Yesterday, gasoline accidentally sprayed onto my husband's face when he was adding gas into lawnmower. Luckily, he had glasses on but the gas still dripped down from his forehead to his eyes. He was able to make it into house and get water into his eyes and the fire department helped clean him up, etc. Today, his eyes were hurting alot and he was having trouble seeing. He went to er and the doctor told him he had to see a specialist/get meds or he would probably lose his sight. The doctor was professional. The nurse, not professional. Only Kaiser eye doctor they could get him to was in Gig Harbor. About 2 hours away. During heavy traffic in the area. She got mad when my husband said he wouldn't be able to make it and would lose his job. Plus, we don't get paid until Wednesday evening and don't have enough gas to make that long of a trip and back. She asked what was more important: His sight or his job? If he doesn't have a job, no medical insurance and he wouldn't be able to see ANY specialist. Then, she was going to send prescription to Kaiser and was told by my husband that they were already closed. She was supposed to send to Fred Meyer pharmacy just down the street from the hospital. What did she do? Sent it to Kaiser and completely ignored what my husband had to say. Plus, he was supposed to start medicine TONIGHT. Not TOMORROW. Luckily, the pharmacy staff at Fred Meyer know my husband as he works at that store and were able to help him out and he got his medicine. Next time, listen to the patients. Treat them with respect. Don't treat them like village idiots who don't know what the heck is going on. If it wasn't for the patients you obviously have disdain for, you wouldn't have a job now. Would you?
