Natalie, the so-called "doctor," was very rude upon my arrival and ushered me out of the building while I was still having some medical distress. These aren't doctors, they have no medical training, and they shouldn't be allowed to call themselves "doctors." Moreover, they continue to take $245 a month from my account and I haven't received any of the products. Full Potential is guilty of defrauding clients, impersonating physicians, and anti-veteran sentiments.

My husband and I found Dr Raisis to be very friendly, respectful and great bedside manner. I am very, very picky about who my doctors are, and I immediately felt very comfortable with Dr Raisis. In the recovery room I heard staff talking about him, and they had nothing but good things to say about him. In my book, if medical staff speaks highly of a doctor, that is who I'm going too see! Dr Pritchett made a good choice!! Two wonderful doctors, and this morning, I'm sore but no real pain!! I was told to expect lots of pain post op...doesn't seem to be happening! Dr. Raisis in particular was completely disinterested in my case; he was never receptive to anecdotes that would help explain my symptoms (in fact, he outright said he had never seen my particular issue in his career, when in fact it is a fairly common issue and relatively easy to see on diagnostic images, according to information I've gathered and surgeons I've met in the meantime). For a few years I defended him, saying that while his bedside manner was terrible, he was a good "mechanic." That changed when I was diagnosed and treated for a rare infection that Dr. Raisis had neglected to warn me was a possibility of the last surgery he had done on me. In fact, Dr. Steege had seen me while I was trying to get a diagnosis, and he correctly guessed what was wrong but dismissed me saying that couldn't be the case. By the time my infection was diagnosed, there was an imminent threat of kidney failure (yes, stemming from a neuro issue!). I would not recommend Dr. Raisis or his colleague Dr. Steege. Terrible customer service, and negligent doctors with little interest in cases they do not find compelling.

I felt off on my dose. He said my blood labs were fine. See you in a year. I pushed back on him. He forgot I had thyroid cancer and I had to remind him. He then realized they were way off and my medicine needed to be increased! Why should I have to remind my endocrinologist about my existing condition???? Dr. Davies actually wrote me three prescriptions in two weeks to improve my TSH levels. First he wrote it for the wrong brand and then he realized he wrote it for too high of a dosage increase. (My pharmacy had to argue with the insurance company to get it filled correctly in such a short period of time. They had to explain it was physician error.) The most disturbing thing was that I learned that he was NOT following the thyroid cancer guidelines for TSH maintenance for thyroid cancer patients- which were updated in 2009. He was keeping me too low- which research shows causes cardio issues and bone loss. I had the guidelines sent to Dr. Davies by the thyca association.to hopefully make him more educated for the care of other patients. So if you have him for thyroid cancer (and you don't want to RUN from his care) - I suggest you educate yourself on the thyca guidelines at thyca.org and track your own labs! I have found a new physician at the polyclinic and I am much happier. My dose of Synthroid makes me feel much better; the physicians are more educated, personable and they have a more buttoned up then his office! They are highly responsive and communicate with my primary care doctor.

She's extremely thorough, smart, warm and personable. And while her practice uses the best of technology, the way she practices medicine is reminiscent of a time when there were no HMOs, insurance companies or 15-minute appointment allotments. Yep, Dr. Marshall will actually spend A LOT of time getting to know and treating you, even though that runs counter to maximizing profits! I also appreciate that Dr. Marshall practices holistic medicine; I see it as getting the best of both worlds. She's very knowledgeable about nutrition, acupuncture, naturopathy, physical medicine, and of course, Western medicine. The Eylan Health office is clean, relaxing, organized, and I haven't had any trouble getting appointments. I like using the Eylan Health E-Portal to schedule appointments, upload docs, get lab orders and communicate with Dr. Marshall (I haven't gotten on board with the MyChart system at our other doctors quite yet). Oooh, and the office is right down the street from Mayuri Indian Cuisine, a fantastic choice if you're in the mood for Indian food. But here's my #1 reason for being a Dr. Marshall/Eylan Health fan: I'm actually feeling BETTER after a month of simple changes and Dr. Marshall's treatments! I've been seeing health practitioners and trying every reasonable treatment under the sun [well, that I can actually afford] to deal with my musculoskeletal issues for nearly a decade now. Yet in the past 6 weeks since seeing Dr. Marshall, I've become convinced that my body is actually starting to heal (or at least it's not reacting so poorly to every little stress). Honestly, I didn't expect these kind of results at all, so color me shocked and delighted! If she had taken the time to talk with me, or made me feel like I could ask her questions without annoying her and wasting her time, this could have been avoided. Her dismissive attitude was fairly common. She seemed like she wanted to move me through as fast as possible, either by throwing medicine at me, dismissing my concerns, or sending me to another doctor. I stopped going to her, and do not recommend her. I just felt dumb every time I saw her, like I was being a burden. Hopefully there are better doctors out there...

Only 4-Stars due to the staff being somewhat "pushy" with regards to selling us (wife & I) new glasses. We went in explaining we are retirees on Medicare with Aetna Insurance (supplemental). One of the staff members checked our medical coverage and immediately said we needed to pay $39.00 each for the exams. My wife explained that we shouldn't be charged due to our age and we are diabetic (this exam being our annual check-up), and we've never been charged before. She then checked again and came back and said, "Oh, your exams are free". I understand that LensCrafters is in the business to make money, but being retired and on fixed incomes we cannot afford $400+ for glasses (each). The person assisting us was somewhat reluctant to give us our prescriptions, but my wife was persistent and we obtained copies of our prescriptions. Nice selection of frames with high-class names (Ray Ban, Stetson, etc.), but when you add up the costs of new frames ($188-$200+) and lenses, they quickly become cost prohibitive. As stated in the begging of this review, Dr. Pham was knowledgeable and great to talk with. We'll more than likely be back next year for our annual exams.

He takes the time to listen to what you have to say and really puts into thought. When there is something wrong he explains everything in detail so you can understand everything he is talking about! Dr. Ochi , is a great nephrologist who truly knows his stuff! I have a few times that when something was wrong about my kidneys or protein spillage, he was on top of it, no matter what day or time! I'm mean that too! He had gotten some lab work sent to him in the evening, and he immediately called me about the problem. He didn't Waite for the next business day,he took it upon himself to call right then , no matter the time, which it was past his working hours. I really appreciate his caring and concern for his patients! His very patient with his patients and shows that he really wants help you feel better! My husband and I am so glad that we have Dr. Rex Ochi for our nephrologist! I would never trade him for another nephrologist! I have seen quite a few nephrologist in my 33 years of having kidney disease and I absolutely love Dr. Ochi.
