RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL doctors! Your doctors and assistants don't know how to work with toddlers!! They got my kid crying and at the end doctor called him hysterical. It's not the kid hysterical it's your "doctor" who doesn't know how to work with toddler. We came with a bitten lip and I asked to explain me how to take care of it. They started by taking the vitals with finger clip and my kid didn't like it the assistant spent long time trying to take vitals while I was holding a crying baby who doesn't want that clip on his finger. After that the "doctor" came and tried to listen his lungs and check ears! Why? We came with cuts on his lip! They made my kid frustrated and wanting to leave in an instance from your building and run from your specialists. I made an appt online, for 3pm today. I checked in, in person, at 130pm because I was in the area early. Went back at 3pm only for them to tell me that they can't see me for my type of appt and that I should go to the ER. Now at 620, I'm still sitting in the ER because Indigo, who could've called and canceled ANYTIME today, didn't bother to. So my whole afternoon and evening has been shot. The worst hospital ever! I had the worst experience with the staff. I was admitted there for a abcess on my kidney. After a day, I went downstairs to my car to get a phone charger. 2 nurses and a security guard came into my room and demanded I let them search all my belongings. I asked if I was a inmate or a patient. I was forced to leave the facility after denying them a search of my belongings. I had to pull the iv out of my arm in the middle of getting my antibiotic, and after being given oxycodone, and get escorted to my car to drive out of there. Walked in about 1 hrs 45 min before closing; was told there's a 2 hrs wait line for walk-ins. There were 0 people waiting inside and there was no cars parked outside. Was offered to schedule appointment for next day. Waited in car for 30 min to see if people would be walking in, no one walked in during that time. Ok, so now urgent care operates on next day appts? This is a fairly new urgent care that recently open on October 7th, 2016. Clean, well lit, and nice front end staff as well as the doctor, herself. My six-year-old daughter was seen by Dr. Khan. She is gentle and sweet. I brought her in to what we believed it was an eye conjunctivitis (pink eye). Which is true, per doctor. Got prescribed an antibiotic ointment for her eyes. She was kind enough to write a dismissal letter from school for today's visit. Tarah (spelling?) the front end staff was very accommodating, she offered and made coffee for me while we waited to get admitted into the kid's suite. Tarah got vitals done and Dr. was very prompt to treat. We got in and out in less than an hour. Time is very crucial for us, especially, having a kid that doesn't feel well. Everyone there works diligently to get us the proper care with the speed of light. I won't hesitate to come back here if we ever need some sort of urgent care in the future. (Hopefully not) PS: love it how it is open everyday, Monday thru Sunday from 8am-8pm. Private lot parking, just steps away from the clinic. A+ facility! read more

I was RIPPED OFF at this location. I was charged a $189.00 for a wrist brace from the Breg LLC company that Indigo uses. This is a cheap Chinese brace that can be purchased online for $35.00. Watch Indigo, they have teamed up with other companies to scam people out of hard earned money and our Insurance companies. I was told Insurance would be billed $300.00 if my deductible has been met. Then they referred me to a specialist because they had no clue what they were looking at. I am sure they get a kick back from the other doctor for the referral. read more

In the past I have always rated this place with 4 or 5 stars. The provider came into the room with the Visit Summary already in her hand and set it on the counter. That was odd. We hadn't even talked about my health concerns. She said she'd submit 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy. She never took notes or went to the computer. As I was leaving she handed me the Visit Summary with no updates after our conversation. It implied I only had allergies. The prescriptions were never submitted. Thank goodness they weren't necessary for healing. They were both to treat symptoms and would be stronger than OTC medications. I could have called and asked to have them send in the prescriptions, but I was so disgusted I just ramped up OTC medications and made it through. How could you possibly get an accurate Visit Summary when you haven't even met with the provider. Won't go back. read more

I had to stop into indigo while visiting from out of state because of something minor, but my experience was 10/10. I got there on a Wednesday at 8 am, Angela at the front desk was extremely helpful and very friendly. She even helped me find a pharmacy that would be cheapest for my prescription since I was coming from out of town and no where would take my insurance here. Wing N Yu, ARNP was also knowledgeable and caring while checking on me during the visit! I can't say enough how impressed I was with the customer service. We've had nothing but bad experiences with this particular indigo clinic. Staff are not very well trained and they seem much more worried about collecting your money than they do about helping you. But my worst experience yet just happened yesterday. Called in because I needed a Covid test. My husband had tested positive and I was beginning to show symptoms. I was told it would be a three hour wait. I have a mobility disability and have difficulty moving. I asked them if I would be able to go home and they would call me when they had an opening for me. I was told if I did not show up in 10 minutes my spot would be given away. Because of my mobility issues I have zero chance of making it back to the office in 10 minutes. I asked if I could wait in the waiting room. I was told I must wait outside. It was 48° and pouring rain. I had a fever of 102°... Sitting for long periods of time causes me excruciating pain too. After an hour I went inside to ask what the ETA was. I was told it had been bumped up to five hours. I had a mental break down at that point. They suddenly had no issue bringing me into the back room to take my vitals and wrap me in a warm blanket. It was then one of the nursing staff informed me that my insurance is no longer contracted with Multicare. I knew this was false, as both me and my husband had been in last month and they had billed the insurance no problem. I asked them to re-check and they just stood by their first assessment. I asked how much today's visit would cost. She told me it would be 500 upfront and the remainder would be billed to me in the mail. My husband handed them his debit card and they told him "cash only" and directed him to the ATM outside of the building... This was incredibly suspicious. We got up to leave and went to the nearest ER and paid $200 co-pay instead turns out I had a fever of 104 and they were actually hoping to admit me. The next day I called my insurance. My insurance verified that Multicare and indigo, specifically indigo that I have been to visit, we're in fact in that work. The insurance provider was very confused as to why they had told me they were not. When I mentioned the "cash only" thing he immediately told me to file a complaint as this was not standard practice. Seems that this place wants your money more than your Health. Apparently they even want it bad enough to try to scam sick people read more

Impressive care and follow-up! I was seen by Tuyet Nguyen, PA because my eye was swollen overnight. She was very thorough and very caring. She submitted a lab test, gave me a prescription, suggested I see my ophthalmologist to be sure nothing was wrong inside the eye, and told me how to continue treatment. The next day, she called me to discuss my lab results and continued treatment! I didn't have to call in and ask or go to my own doctor for follow-up. Thank you!! read more

I was seen by Dr. Tran and it was by far my worst healthcare experience ever. As a 19 year old girl going to the doctors alone is not ideal. But when you see a doctor who is extremely racially biased it makes it even worse. She walks in the room and as i explain my symptoms and my past medical history she began to interrupt every syllable. she also went on to question and critique my past doctors decisions. she begins to ask me if i was seen for an ultrasound and i say no. she says "okay then who is on this chart?" The blatant disrespect and condescending comments were absurd so i asked if i could be seen by another doctor and she stares at me for awhile, reluctantly says yes and storms off. I told her no and she got instantly mad. Threw my insurance card at me and I walked out. They continued to see my husband while I called my insurance company. My insurance company had to call the front desk lady named Mercedes to tell her she was wrong and she continued to argue with the insurance company. Maybe an hour later, my son walked in because he needs a Covid test as well, they did the same thing and tried charging my son $130 and when he told Mercedes' no she responded with "Are you threatening me". At this point she did not know he was my son but the second we made it known that we knew him she went crazy. Started screaming "get the fuck out of my clinic" repeatedly. Shame on EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER THAT SAT THERE and did nothing. My son even said you guys are not even going to do anything, I've done nothing and they responded with "we aren't allowed to talk to you". Do not go here unless you want to be exposed to COVID-19. My husband went today for a non-COVID related issue. We made an appointment the day before. He still had to wait over 40 minutes after his appointment time to see the doctor. As he was sitting in the waiting room, another person came in and said, "I think I was exposed to COVID-19." They didn't send that person to a separate area, everyone was in the same waiting room. He then went into a room and the person in the room next to him was coughing loudly and said, "I think I have COVID-19. I was exposed 5 days ago." I understand that COVID patients need a place to go, but other locations seem to do a better job of separating people who have COVID exposure or symptoms and those who don't. read more

I arrived a little bit before closing time, but I guess they decided to close a tad early. There were people inside so I knocked on the door to ask why the door was locked. A man walked out and gruffly told me they were closed. Since I was having something of a small medical emergency, I relayed my dilemma, hoping that someone could possibly see me and figure out why I was barely able to eat and drink. He told me to just see an ER instead. Unfortunately, I told him our insurance doesn't cover emergency room visits due to the new healthcare revisions and this was the only place that could see me tonight. He told me that nobody could do anything and to go away. I get that I wasn't there at 11AM but it feels weird for a medical center to close a bit early and then cast out patients who need help. Maybe the Hippocratic oath is just a recommendation or something :/ Whelp, I'm off to go starve tonight I guess. read more

I was having breathing problems and decided to book an appointment on line for early the next morning. We arrive at 7:55am and waited for the place to open. At 8:15 the place was still closed. Others were waiting along with us outside. My husband knocked at the door and the desk clerk came to the door and told us that there was no provider available and that they could not open without one. He said it would be about 30 mins until a medical provider would be there. This rings of poor management and ineptitude. Luckily I listen to my husband and agreed to go to Multicare Urgent Care. After being moved from there to emergency, three hours later l could breath better and could go home. I shudder to think what would have happened if I waited for Indigo Urgent Care's provider to finally show...if the did at all. I would caution others to not go here instead go to Multicare Urgent Care. It pretty edvident that Indigo Urgent care has staffing problems judging from my own experience as well as other reviews. read more

Worse care team. From the second I wanted in "without an appt" the front desk staff dismissed everything I was telling them about my condition and sent me back home with the wait time of 5 hours as I was shuddering with a fever and a horrible kidney infection. She wrote down my reason as "uti" which is not at all what I said. All to come back in 5 hours to be told I have a fatal condition and need to go to the ER!! Put my life at risk and made we wait all day to be urgently sent off to the ER. Front desk DO BETTER, ask questions about symptoms and listen to the complaints people are coming in with. If only they understood the severity of my condition, they should have taken me back right away as they say they have "emergency" patients coming in that they see right away. Horrible training in the front, lack of empathy and compassion for their patients, I ended up having to pay for urgent care visit as well as an ER visit and it all could have been avoided had I been seen earlier and they would have told me right away that my condition required hospitalization instead of making me wait all day. Also when arrived, someone else "walked in" without an appt and was told the wait time is 5 hours and they threw a huge fit and they were accommodated before I was!! While I was sitting and waiting in a huge amount of pain.. completely unbelievable.. never coming here again. After being scared to death that I could die from my infection, the ER quickly checked me and sent me off with just needing abx. All the fear and stress that was projected on my family is unexplainable, the nurse practitioner that saw me needs to do a better job evaluating me before telling me that I have sepsis and could die from it. All he did was touch my hand to feel my purse, didn't even listen to my lungs or heart or feel for my kidneys to see if I have any pain that I complained about earlier. Hire better doctors that can do their job in taking care of their patients better. I'm just so disappointed with my experience and don't wish it upon anyone. read more

I don't know why they wouldn't have told me that to begin with?? I left and went to cityMD (CHI Fransican Health), was seen promptly and on my way to the pharmacy in under 30 min! Great experience!! Constant shoulder pain for three days. Not sleeping well, and it's starting to affect my concentration at work. Tried to see my regular doctor, but no available appointments. I did not want another sleepless night so I went to Indigo. The facility was extremely clean and very well maintained with first rate equipment. I was the last patient of the day but they didn't treat me that way. The doctor was very kind and thorough, diagnosed the problem (pinched nerve), gave me a recommended course of treatment and referrals for follow up care. I felt like she really listened to me, like I was a person to her, not just the last patient of a long day. Bonus that the tech who took my vitals and the intake staff were also very nice. If I ever need urgent care again, this is where I will go, and I recommend them. read more

"Dr" Cassie Scott is the most unprofessional healthcare provider I've had to deal with. After having an appointment scheduled for a pretty serious looking burn on my foot I showed up and they cut my wound dressing off and told me to wait for Scott. I waited about about an hour when I was called with a emergency, I requested that they just give me new dressing so I can put my sock on and avoid fuzz in my wound and leave and she proceeds to call me impatient and made snarky comments on how I burned myself as if she was making fun of me. They could send me to another location for that!! Why knowing that's what we were here for would they not say that when we checked in. Well I stupidly ignored my own advice and ended up going back to Indigo for a suspected sprained wrist. I currently don't have health insurance for myself so I called ahead of time to get a quote. They said for a sprained wrist, it would be a flat $250 which would include the exam, x-rays, and a brace or cast if needed. So I went in, paid the $250, got my exam, x-ray, and a brace. Two weeks later I receive a bill in the mail for $44 for the brace. After 2 hours on the phone with the Indigo clinic, then Indigo billing, then the company that sells the brace, then back to the Indigo clinic, I'm finally told that the brace is not included in the $250. Can this place get any worse ? read more
