I had a virtual appointment through this Multicare facility. They were late to the call, the provider did not identify themselves at all and got an attitude when I asked if they were the doctor (they were a nurse practitioner but went into a speech about the difference between nurses and nurse practitioners). Then the nurse practitioner prescribed the wrong strength of a medicine that I use many times and it's not a common strength that the pharmacy doesn't carry. They then call me back multiple days later and say "oh your insurance denied this medicine", and I said "yeah you guys prescribed the wrong strength - most people use a different one and the pharmacies all carry a different one. Customer service rep then tries to push me to use GoodRX instead of helping rectify the situation. Then the customer service rep who called me starts talking over me, develops a very big attitude, and then tells me "oh you're not mad at us you're mad at your pharmacist and your insurance company this is just misplaced." I was like "no i am trying to tell you something and you keep talking over me." I then ask for her name and a supervisor and she says Erika and then hangs up on me. Wow. Never in my life have I had such terrible customer service. I didn't even call them- they called me. What is you with this place? read more

Ok care service, typical of what you find in a place like this in city. They advise X-ray besides the entry door. Not true. Once you are in the room and they can charge your insurance for a visit, you'll find out that they they do not do X-rays and send you to an emergency room. read more

I am extremely impressed by Indigo - after a phone consultation with my primary care physician about breathing problems due to mold poisoning, I was advised to go to the ER for a chest xray - however, I'm really scared of contracting covid at the ER, and honestly, I really, really, really hate the ER, so I opted to go to an urgent care instead. This was the first one that came up that had parking and I already knew where it was due to its proximity to my usual grocery store, so I decided to go here. I've only ever been to two urgent care facilities in my entire life, but this was by far the cleanest and most inviting one I've ever been to. The doctors and nurses who work there are friendly and went out of their way to be kind in situations that didn't even require it. Everyone went above and beyond. All of my concerns were addressed completely, and I was sent on my way with medication that, in the 24 hours since I was seen, has allowed me to breathe for the first time in 5 days and start actually coughing up the gunk and mold particulate I accidentally breathed in. Yuck, I know, but problem solved, thanks to the wonderful team here. Highly recommend! read more

It's been 4 months and today we received a bill for the $100 that the Medical Director and AR Manager agreed to refund to my credit card back in January. Turns out rather than writing off the $100, they just reversed it which only delayed charging me for it. So, I'm getting billed again. I called and there are NO NOTES about what happened that the operator can refer to. I had to re-explain the situation and now they're going to review it, again. First time to Indigo...so impressed! I was helped by Todd, Alina, and Jorel, and all of them were so knowledgeable and friendly. I was told the wait would be 30-40 minutes; it was 20 minutes. Apparently this has been a record day for them, too, as far as number of patients seen ("thanks, COVID"). SUPER CLEAN facility. They have every imaginable safety and cleanliness protocol in place and in practice (distancing in waiting room, masks worn by everyone who walks in, constantly sanitizing all hard surfaces, etc). Walked in on a weekday afternoon and was seen within 30 mins (probably closer to 20 mins wait time). I saw Dr. Shane Brooks and he was great and quickly followed up after my visit. The healthcare worker (nurse?) who helped with my dressing change was super gentle and patient (wish I could remember her name... maybe Maria?). Facility was clean, wait time was short, parking was ample and everyone was kind and helpful. I'd definitely go back/recommend and would hope to see Dr. Brooks again for any other non-emergent issues. read more

Urgent care can get a bad wrap, but this MultiCare location was really great. The staff are super professional and welcoming, and they have always been able to fit me in within minutes. The center is also really nicely updated with a spacious and comfortable waiting room. I believe they take most, if not all, insurance so it's a great choice if you need some quick care. Parking is easy and plentiful as well. I definitely recommend this location. read more

I have visited this clinic twice previously with my daughter for pink eye and had no issues. This time I made an appointment for myself to have my lip looked at because I woke up with it hugely swollen out of no where. When I checked in at the front desk the woman tried to charge me $190 for an office visit. I have a very standard Premera plan and this clinic is a preferred provider with Premera, which means I only pay a $25 copay for regular office visits. I know this for a fact because of my Previous office visits for my daughter and because I have coworkers who have used this clinic. The receptionist insisted that it would go toward my deductible, which I know isn't true. I ended up leaving without being seen. I called my insurance and I was correct, it's only a $25 copay, but I won't go back. She really should have called them when I told her she wasn't correct. I really believe that the business/billing practices and customer service of a doctors office is as important as the medical care. read more

So so disappointed. I went to Multicare for a sinus infection. Basic visit. I needed antibiotics before I got on an airplane. They insisted on getting my insurance even though I offered to pay cash. I just got the insurance payment/bill reconciliation. They charged $240 for a basic office exam. Any doctors office would charge half of that -max!! Trust me. I spent years doing medical billing. This place is taking advantage of underinsured people in my opinion. We have great insurance. State/Regence which only paid $47.75 for the visit. Don't be duped to get a big bill later. read more

The entire staff was professional and welcoming. They took me in quickly and explained everything in great detail. I've been to other urgent cares and this was by far the best. Dan the PA who saw me was very attentive and gentle when stitching my thumb. Overall, a fantastic experience. I'm glad we have an urgent care in the neighborhood! IF YOU ARE A BLACK PERSON DO NOT VIST THIS PLACE. I was dismissed, misdiagnosed and sent home to suffer for 5 more days in pain. When I had to come back to be seen again for the exact same issue that they claimed I did not have. I was told by the front desk agent that I would not be charged for the second day since I was turn away just a few days before. However, I was still sent two bills and I've been trying to fight these bills every since. I express to all staff the day I returned and the with all my attempts to correct this bill that I felt the first doctor had dismissed me as a black women and thought I was coming in for narcotics based on his comments towards me. However, because of this doctors personal relationship with the staff members and how they all feel as if he doesn't have a mean bone in his body. They all decided to dismiss my experience being treated harshly by this doctor because they don't want to believe that he would treat someone wrong because of their race. I am in the process of escalating this matter to their corporate office but after the call I just received from one of their lead Doctors. Went here on Friday because I couldn't get to my primary doctor. I had severe sore throat, jaw could barely open, fevers off and on. They do a strep swab which they barely even touched the back of my throat. Test comes back negative, main physician barely looks in my mouth, just says i have flu and off i go. Barely make it to Saturday with throat swelling shut. Luckily see my primary doctor that day. Nurse fully swabs throat. Doctor takes one look at my throat and is mind blown that Indigo would say I didn't have strep even just based on visual inspection. So not only did i have strep but i had an abscess growing from it being untreated and it swelling my throat shut. Oh yeah and the strep test came back positive at my primary care. Here it is Monday and Indigo just called to confirm I don't have strep and don't need antibiotics. Wow, way to drop the ball. read more

Good after hours urgent care facilities are hard to find. I made an appointment online, came in early, and they put me in the line earlier. They are very good with time updates, and I was in and out in 40 minutes including testing. The location has plenty of parking, is clean, and staff is friendly. I hope you never need to use them, but for after hours care that doesn't require an ER visit, this is a great place! read more

Really nice new facility in the south end. We didn't have anything down here except Walgreens which leaves a lot to be desired. Dr. Cassidy was really great and friendly as were the rest of the staff. I don't have insurance and chose to come here for my medical condition. I paid the $125 and was promptly seen by a physician. After speaking with him for less than five mins and showing him what I had going on (hidradenitis) he recommended I go to the hospital. Had I known they would offer little to no help I would have gone straight to the hospital and saved my $125. Total waste of money for me. Great! The wait wasn't long at all. I've been here twice now and it's always sometime after they open. The front desk people are nice and straightforward. They're dealing with the influx oh patients really well since this whole COVID19 outbreak. They're testing people here and have a great system to meet people at the door and walk them in a back entrance. Lastly, they call you to check up and make sure you're doing well. Checking on your medications and recovery. Unheard of to me for an urgent care clinic. Plus they have tea, coffee, water, hot coco all in the waiting room. read more

The service I had was very responsive and detail oriented. I felt comfortable in their hands very quickly, given my circumstances that I had just taken a very bad spill on my bike. The Dr. cleaned my cuts and abrasions quickly and carefully, being mindful of my pain. If I had gone to an emergency room in town It would have likely taken 3 times as long. I had a really fantastic experience here. After I had a bad fall (landed with all my weight on my left elbow) and was in a ton of pain and dreading going to the ER and waiting for hours, my partner googled this location and made an appointment. Like many other reviews have stated, this is a clean, modern and well-appointed clinic and the staff were wonderful. They have an x ray machine, were friendly, compassionate and professional and treated me thoroughly and well. I also appreciated that they ask gender and sexual preference as a standard question on their intakes and asked about my pronouns. I left having been cleared for fractures, with a soft cast and a splint and good home care advice. I will definitely return if I need care in the future- especially because it's a rare clinic that is actually in the South end, and I'd much prefer going here than driving to Swedish. Dr. Goulette and the MultiCare team treated me with the upmost care and professionalism. I was seen within 20 minutes of me arriving. After asking questions and talking with me for awhile Dr. Goulette thoroughly went through a differential diagnosis procedure and explained all of the possibilities. He was mindful of the amount of information he was giving me and was reassuring that all of the information I had received would be included in my after visit summary document. And it didn't stop there! He then went through the after visit summary with me to check understanding for all of the medications and doses. My daughter had an accident late on a Sunday and we were desperate for help. I couldn't be more pleased by the immediate, professional, and caring treatment we received at MultiCare Indigo. We were given a room right away, then examined, treated, and released within the hour. There are other urgent care clinics closesr to my house, but if future situations allow I will definitely prefer returning to this MultiCare Indigo. Got bit by a cat who got her claw stuck and was hurting. Cat fine but I was bleeding. Knew I needed a tetanus shot and probably antibiotics so went to the new Multicare clinic as a walk-in. I was the only patient so was able to quickly fill out my paperwork which was actually a tablet. Got into the exam room in about 15 minutes. Doctor came in, looked at my hand, wrote me a Rx and said nurse would be in to bandage and give me my tetanus shot. Took about 30 minutes for everything. I received courteous and efficient care for my injury. In and out in a fraction of the time an emergency room would probably have taken. Facilities were modern and clean. Not open 24 hours, though, and was seen by a PA vs. an MD. And I've yet to complete the billing/payment experience, so can't speak to that yet. read more

I came for URI symptoms and was told that it would be a hour to a hour and a half wait which I expected because it is a walk in urgent care. 2 hours later I heard Carissa (receptionist) speaking with somebody else that had walked in after me explaining that somebody was in with the flu and things are running a little behind. Which is completely understandable but what I did not understand was why she did not inform me of that info. I asked her how long is the wait and she told me it would be another 45 minutes. So I asked her why couldn't you have told me that as soon as u found out I would've made other arrangements. She completely ignored me and started making phone calls. After she gets off the phone she goes into the back and comes back out 5 minutes later. So I asked her again and mentioned that was very rude and she said "so are you going to stay or what." Clinic was super clean and organized I was very impressed but the customer service was horrible. read more
