I talked to the clinic directly and they agreed that was a mistake and told me I would get a call back to fix it. Never happened. Basically getting the run around. I did a previous review 2 months ago and one a month ago and now here is the follow up.. Someone very nice (the manager of South Hill and Airway Heights) did finally call me back saying that it looked like the bill might be incorrect. Great, until they failed to follow up on this. It's now been a month more and nothing. If you are getting billed directly, don't trust what the office is telling you about the $250 charge. It will likely be higher and it will not be resolved. I suppose they would say I am a disgruntled patient!. They would be correct! read more

My husband and I took our toddler in because he had an infection and we did not make an appointment because we use state insurance. The sweet receptionist Charlie (I think that was her name) said they were running behind a few hours so she said she would just book an appointment for us. Later my husband went in with our son and the receptionist was a different girl so Charlie's shift must have ended. This girl was extremely rude about us having state insurance, and overall was not a pleasant person to interact with. She acted like they were an inconvenience. I was really disappointed because I have always thought the employees at this location were so nice. I will not be taking my son here again unfortunately despite the other nice doctors. I just don't think that my husband or son deserve to be treated rudely right when they walk in, let alone anyone else when they don't feel good walking into an urgent care. read more

BE AWARE! Good Care, Terrible billing. Since I was out of network for insurance, I was told it would be $250 up front and as long as everything was done in office. That would be the total cost. A month later I got an additional bill for $359 for a total of 609 dollars to get tested for Influenza A and Covid. Everything was done in house so it should have been $250. I can't get an answer from anyone on this. Bottom line, be aware you might get overcharged for a simple procedure. read more

Absolutely terrible. Didn't call to inform me of my diagnosis. Told me I needed surgery with no explanation as to why. No self care or pain management advice while I wait an entire month for surgery. They book 8am appointments and don't open the door until... 8am. If you show up a few minutes early staff is fine making you wait outside in 26 degree weather all the while walking by and just ignoring you. Then when it's time, they make sure to turn the tv monitor on first. Couldn't send a better message that they don't care about people, just your money. Whoever was in 4 days ago at night did not do a very thorough check up of my baby. We came in cuz my daughter had been having very high fevers and miserable. I felt something more was wrong and she said she was fine it was viral and sent us home. Plus while she was fussing she was like oh you're fine. Fast forward 2 days not getting any better so I take her to the emergency room and surprise double ear infection. I had to spend 35 for uber trip and could have had 2 less days of her being miserable. Who sends a baby home with double ear infection? Negligent and lazy. Adding at least the front staff was decent enough and provided snacks and drinks for kids. read more

Deaconess saved my life. Though the halls of the emergency room were filled, Dr. Burkley and nurse Phoebe took great care of me on Day 1. I had multiple tests taken and given a diagnosed. On Day 2 of the emergency room, I had a result from a urine test. My primary dr. was no where to be found. On Day 3, I had an appt. w/her, and she was no help. On Day 4, I called Dispatch Health who were wonderful, but still no treatment. Almost two weeks later, I am still untreated, waiting for an appt., not knowing if I will go septic due to the absence of follow up urine test. My pulse and blood pressure are dangerously low, and no one takes me seriously. God help us! Deaconness emergency room was wonderful to me. I will always be grateful to them! read more

Both my wife and my son came to Indigo. Each paid $250 cash upfront for services - both were told it covers everything done in house. They bothe received good service. Month later both got bills in mail - with unpaid balances of $244 and $43 dollars. I went to the office, they said - "we cannot do anything about it." I thought I had made two separate COVID testing appointments through the Solv app, one for me and one for my husband, but one of them didn't go through. When finding this out at check-in, I was cranky and rude when I shouldn't have been. Suzanne at the check-in desk was still professional and polite despite my behavior and sorted the situation out. She ended up getting it to where we could both be seen even though COVID testing is busy and we didn't both have appointments. Also, our medical assistant, Kellie, and Dr. Frey were both very nice and made us feel comfortable during the visit. read more

Rude staff and rushed conversation. The first time I was here I waited hours to be told they cannot help me. Second time they said I needed to go to the hospital because my appendix was inflamed (it wasn't) and the last time they were rude and unprofessional. I had scheduled an appointment Monday for my 4yo son. The nurses were amazing, April in particular. She answered all of my sons constant questions and was very patient with him. Although when we were seen by the doctor, he simply asked a few questions in relation to my sons symptoms/ daily whereabouts and immediately said that my son and I both needed to be tested for Covid? No exam was performed by the doctor, only vitals were taken by the nurse. Due to protocols and the fact that I had to be tested I am now forced to take 10 days off of school and work to quarantine. The test results were quick and fortunately, my son and I both tested negative Tuesday morning. But with my son still in pain and regular allergy/ cold medicine not working, we brought him back to Urgent Care Tuesday afternoon. They tried to turn us away! Stating that with our appointment the day before and the negative test results, he probably has a bug. We insisted on being seen and finally with the exam they found my son has ear infectious... If an exam had been done the first appointment, we could have caught these infections a day early and the Covid tests could have possibly been avoided. It's not one persons fault and I can't imagine the position healthcare workers are in these days but to me, my sons health comes first. Absolutely horrible. I decided to get tested for COVID and called at 2:30 pm and scheduled an appointment for 4. Upon arrival they didn't even acknowledge that I had scheduled an appointment even after I showed them my confirmation. They told me to just take a seat in the waiting room and my turn would be "soon". I sat in that waiting room for 2 hours. Horrible service. I wouldn't come back here if it was the only place open. I hope you don't make my mistake either. This place is horrible. Take your service elsewhere at all costs. Horrible service and rude as well. read more

They were incredibly rude to me and spoke to my mother and I like we were incompetent idiots. Not only did they refuse to test me for covid (which I needed for work) they laughed at me in a mocking kind of way as I choked and gagged on the giant swab they shoved down my throat for a strep test. I waited 45 minutes in a room for a woman (didn't matter, could be a man too) doctor to spend 5 minutes with me and tell me I had something viral and to take over the counter meds.....Goodbye. showing up 10 min early for an appointment at 7pm and getting released just before 9 only for them to tell me they don't know what is wrong is ridiculous. it took over 1 hour to be checked into a room, and the rest of the time i was seen 3 times for 5 min each. strep and flu testing that was supposed to take "5 min" to get. the results took 20. i wasn't given an explanation for the delay either. no update on when i will be seen or released the whole 2 hours. i was one of the (if not the) last patients in the office so i felt like i was shoved to the side even though i told multiple people i had a dog in the car (which i brought because i thought it was a simple in and our) and i was visibly miserable with inflamed tonsils. Also, i'm not a doctor but prescribing antibiotics for something i "may" have is alarming. After saying no to antibiotics i was told "it isn't recommended".... Maybe let the patient know before they agree or disagree to a perscription? Bottom line is this was a waste of 2 hours and money. i will not be returning or reccomending. read more
