On arrival the driver stated that the vehicle may just need a jump and then proceefed to jump the car without communicating a price first. After the jump was completed through a jumper box (no other vehicle needed), he stated that the price would be $130 dollars just to jump the car. This was not communicated before he proceeded to jump the car. If it were, we would have not proceeded with the service since it was accessible for us to do it ourselves. He also stated that his price was actually a low price compared to others which charge 170 or 150. He stated that that he had no control over the price and that is "boss" did. I am not pleased at all with this company and how courtesy was not shown at all. Ladies please don't use this company As you will get take advantage of.

He initially quoted me $160 to tow my car, but then hiked the price to $240 right before he arrived. After picking up the car, he brought it back, claiming he needed another wheel strap--after I had already paid him for the service! I waited hours for an update, and when none came, I called him to remind him that the car needed to be at the designated shop by 4 PM because that's when they close. What does he do? He tells me, "I'm going to send your money back because my boss says it's going to cost $450 to go to Kendall, and your car is a Porsche, so it needs to go on the dolly." Are you kidding me? Not only did he raise the price again, but he had already seen the car and hooked it up! Why didn't he say anything earlier? By now, it's 4 PM, the shop is closed, and the whole day is wasted. After repeatedly asking for updates about my refund, he finally replies, "I'm doing something." At 5 PM, he sends a screenshot of the money transfer--but guess what? I never received it. I call him back, and he blocks me! Hours go by--6 PM, 7 PM--so I tell him I have his name, number, and license plate, and I'll be pressing charges if he doesn't return my money. Suddenly, he sends another screenshot, but it clearly says "Review & Send," meaning the money was never sent in the first place. When I demanded proof that the money was actually deducted from his account, he blocks me again! Finally, at 8 PM--after eight hours of nonsense--he sends me back $140 out of the $240 I paid him. This is a scam, and this company is completely unprofessional. If you care about your money and your vehicle, stay FAR AWAY from this fraudulent towing service!
