Called their offices. Specifically asked that the drop bo be delivered on my driveway. I told the person working there was a slight angle to the drive way but that we have had larger drop boxes delivered there before. Never once with an issue. The lady on the phone said no problem. They delivered the box today. Issue 1 - They delivered the box across the street and down the street from my home. Driveway was clear and could have easily been delivered as promised. Issue 2- They called but I was on the phone. I called back as soon as I was done with my call and spoke to another person there who informed me the box was delivered. I asked them why it was not in my driveway as requested and as I was told and everyone agreed to. Response - We don't do that. We delivered to the nearest place because we were concerned about the driveway. Issue 3 - Person at company said they would have needed me to sign a consent to leave on the driveway. Driver never knocked on my door but simply delivered where ever they saw fit and did so without my permission. Delivery was also made on a person's personal property across and down the street from my home and did so again without my or that property owner's permission. Issue 4 - I called and spoke with a rep of this company. She TOLD ME, not discussed with me that I had two options. Option 1 - Cancel the box and pay them for picking it up, or Option 2 pay them to move the box to my driveway where it should have been to begin with. The fee for this was 60.00. THIS IS NOT DISCLOSED ON THEIR SITE, WAS NOT PRESENTED AT TIME OF BOOKING and THERE IS NO REASON THIS CHARGE IS VALID considering it could have easily been resolved had the driver taken 3 minutes to discuss this with me. Issue 5 - This company does not work with its customers, does not disclose information that would assist its customer in making informed decisions, agrees to do something then does not do it then tries to charge you for not following their agreed upon commitment to you as their customer. I would never work with this company ever in the future and would never provide a referral to anyone about their services considering how I was treated. From looking at other reviews of this company it appears there are similar issues with other customers expressing similar issues to my own. read more

We needed a drop box for a clean-up project. I called as many of the local box rental/pick-up companies that I could find in the Portland area. This was the last one on my list. The employee that I spoke to on the phone was the most courteous and helpful of all the others. She helped answer my questions AND when she gave me the quote, the prices were way lower than all of the others. The drop box arrived the next morning! The day before the scheduled pick-up we realized we needed more time. We were thrilled at how easy it was - just an additional small fee and we had the box over the weekend. These days it seems so great to have something happen as promised. This is definitely the place you need to call if you're embarking on a remodel project or a landscape project and need a large drop box! read more

I ordered a 10' dumpster for yard debris. They came to pick it up and said it can only be used for sod and dirt. No where on their site does it say this or in the contract I signed. It only says, no TV's, painted wood, etc. They threatened to charge another $800 on top of the $330 quote. I had to manually unload the entire dumpster in the dark. The description of their service is criminal and the prices are beyond gouging. These people should be put in prison with Bernie Madoff. read more

Please do not use this company. This is a small time mom and pop business that has little concept of what good service is. They take your order and then change the terms and keep threatening to charge more money if you don't accept. When I order a drop box, I don't want to be held hostage by the hauler. Really excellent service for a "heavy " job. In a 10 yard bin, we disposed of the concrete pieces from our basement remodel, plus some of the soil. Very reasonable base price plus a five dollar a day charge (and things always take longer than expected). Very narrow and steep driveway here in NE Portland and driver was quite expert at bin placement and removal. Very impressive. No surprises here and Noel did a great job on the phone. read more
