While I'm parked in front of the business using my phone to search for alternatives, because I had guests at my house and this was the planned meal, I receive a text informing me my order is ready for pickup. It's pretty unbelievable that they would allow such a thing to happen. Their website shows that they're open 7 days a week. The door of the business indicates closed Mondays. I called first to ensure they were open and got the "we're probably too busy to answer the phone" message, which instructed to order online. I thought ordering online was a safe option because surely there is no way the online ordering system would accept an order while the business was closed. I used their online contact form to report this issue on the day this happened (5/25). It's now June 21st and I have never received a response. A new owner assumed the business in 2023 and apparently has no concern for customer service. I'm done with this place.
