Saqul/ Saqo whatever his name is- charged me $150 for a new screen that showed spots all over it within 48 hours. I called to see if he could replace it for me as that one was faulty and he said yes. When I arrived, he asked how I was going to pay for the second screen but I had just paid $150 only a couple days before. He insisted I dropped it when I definitely did not. I immediately put a screen protector and case on my phone so why wasn't my screen protector broken, but the actual screen is? Called me a liar. He wanted me to pay ANOTHER $150 for an iPhone 15 screen!!! Absolutely so messed up. $300 on 2 screens in 2 days in insanity. Totally taking advantage of customers & horrible management. I walked in and the buying process was as smooth as it could have been. The refurbished phone was a bit scratched up but seemed to work fine. Two hours later the back of the refurbished phone (iPhone) was peeling off. For me it was a bad sign (if the back of the phone was already peeling off, what else will break? It just seemed like shotty work). I went back for a refund as the phone did not seem to be in good condition. I was told that there would be a restocking fee... fine. Then they told me they were doing me a "favor" by accepting my return, and that within the 3 hours that I was gone they sold my trade-in device. Note that there was no signage in the store, or on my receipt stating that there wasn't a refund policy. So because of how "complicated" the transaction was I was only able to be refunded for the actual money that was paid (I completely lost my trade-in; I said that he had no problem assigning a cash value for it earlier in the transaction. I was basically told that there was not enough margin for him to refund me the agreed upon trade-in value? ). I would not recommend doing business here.

Their prices were lower than other places. They were efficient, knowlegable, affordable and pleasant to work with and I would recommend them 100%. I brought my phone to get the screen fixed and once they so called fixed it, within less than a month I have been having issues with the typing can't press certain letters on the screen and they guarantee that if the screen doesn't work after they fix it you could bring it back so I did and they look for every excuse not to fix it. They said if the screen is not cracked, broken or any water damage they will guarantee it, that was certainly not the case. My screen was not cracked broken, and no water damage to it and they still refused they just want me to pay again... mind you it's not the first time this has happened twice already with different phones but I never decided to write a review but never again will they get my support as a customer.
