On October 25th, 2025, my car had an issue that required me to call AAA for a tow to my house. AAA dispatched Sanders Towing Service (STS). The Sanders driver arrived about 30 minutes later and loaded my car onto his flatbed truck. My wife and I got into the cab of his truck and waited while he secured the vehicle to his truck. The driver, pleased with the way he secured my vehicle began driving toward my house. About 3 blocks later the drive made an abrupt lane change from the right-hand turn lane into the lane on his left where all traffic was stopped at a red light and slammed on the brakes. When he slammed on the brakes, my car which was not safely secured, slammed into the headache rack behind the cab of the truck causing damage to the front end of the car. The STS driver had only put one strap over one wheel when you are supposed to secure all four wheels. Additionally, the parking brake was not set, and the car was not in gear. Once I arrived home, I called Alan, the manager of STS, who ensured me that they would cover the cost of the repairs to my vehicle. I provided the repair estimate to Alan for this first time on 11/4/25 and got no response. I provided the repair estimate to Alan for a second time on 11/5/25 and again got no response. I then called Alan on 11/7/25 to ensure that he had received the estimate. At that time, Alan became combative and told that that he would not pay the repair estimate, going back on the promise he made to me on the day that his driver wrecked my car. He then proceeded to call the builder of the car and complain to him about the cost of the repairs. I ended up having to file an insurance claim to get the damages caused by STS towing. I would never recommend their services, and I am shocked that AAA allows them to be part of their network. STS is extremely unprofessional, and I question their safety practices. read more

After submitting my request through AAA for tow service, within 5 - 10, I got a call from an actual person from Sanders, confirming my issue and needs and they had a driver there within 30 minutes. The driver, unfortunately I didn't get his name, was super cool. Took care of my baby (82 El Co) with care and got my son and I to the tire shop before closing time. Dispatcher on Christmas Day told me to F**K off!! Wow. AAA Roadside service should fire this tow company He lied about waiting 15 minutes which would have been while I was on the phone with AAA?? Driver shows up at 10:12, for real shows up, has an attitude, then yells at me cause they tried to say they were here earlier when he wasn't due to a requested "lockout " hilarious buffoonery all the way around at SANDERS Towing!! By the way. My carport cameras caught the interaction with the driver, audio as well, and his combative and utterly ridiculous temperament Audio was also recorded on my phone of both phone calls, with the dispatch that told me to eff off and the driver Will post all of those soon Oh man Update again Other tow company shows up, very very nice dude. Says that SANDERS tow is known for claiming to show up at AAA calls when it's close to 10pm, which is when they close. So basically Sanders defrauds AAA by saying they are at the call when in fact they are not, so they get paid for the call and don't do the work!!!! Wow no wonder! This company is great and they really care about your well-being. Being stranded on the road is already a crisis nobody needs the extra stress of and unprofessional tow truck driver to help you. These guys were awesome John Williams helped me out and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new battery through AAA. I use my car as a work truck and In order to get to my battery in the back of my hybrid I had a whole bunch of stuff in there that had to be moved and he helped me move that stuff to get to the battery. Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. I am completely in awe of how this place is still in business considering the reviews alone. Truck driver CHRIS almost ran over my brother because of a misunderstanding with the names. Quick tempered much? Unbelievably unprofessional, went off like a firecracker. He'll probably read this review and laugh knowing that management doesn't care and he won't get fired. (Management did not care when I called and spoke to them- they openly admitted there's no way to report their drivers, hence only one side being heard) Coming from a business owner myself- that's a FANTASTIC way to run a business... into the ground. FRAUD!!!. I called AAA to tow a car that had been in an accident to the shop. Ali from Sanders towing showed up. Very rude and unprofessional. Kept screaming at everyone. I got married so I had a name change and I had not gotten it changed with AAA. He made a big deal was very rude to me. Made me feel very uncomfortable and intimidated so I called my husband to go meet us at the body shop since he's a AAA member as well and we never saw him there with the car. He decided to take the car to his yard instead and charge us the tow fee from the autoshop, to his yard plus a day of fees because he claimed they were closed and we couldn't get it out till the next day. Do not do business with these people. They are a rip off. And if you want your car back you have no choice but to pay the fees. read more

The worst service ever! Guy named Leo is the worst person to deal with he got us and almost looked and sounded we inconvenience him.
