If you're buying a trailer they're probably going to be helpful, but if you need work done on your trailer, they might not be interested in you. A friend recently bought a horse trailer from them and they treated him very well, so I called them because I needed some work done on my trailer. Just some trim work, re-packing wheel bearings, and 4 new tires. The guy I spoke to said they don't do tires because they don't make enough money on them. Ok...fair enough. Then he him-hawed around for a few minutes about the trim, talking about how he's gotten into trouble on that before. I asked if they weren't interested in the job and he said they have plenty of work to do, so I told him I would just try somewhere else. This tells me they're more interested in moving inventory than in being a full service source. read more
