It's 130AM. A…read moregiant feces truck just set up shop in front of Safeway and proceeded to wake the entire neighborhood up on one of the ONLY quiet nights we get each week. When the driver was approached and asked if he was aware that is was 130AM, he replied with his own inquiry of asking if we knew that was the only time he is allowed to do it. 130AM. Why is this Safeway? Safeway - You need to figure out a better time to empty your septic tank and STOP WAKING your neighbors up at 130AM on a Tuesday to do it.
