We contacted the owners, and they met us there in 10 minutes. They showed us the available storage units, and we rented two units right then and there. The Storage is brand new, climate-controlled, and as clean as a whistle. When it came time for the move, they gave us use of their moving trailer. They met us at 8 am at Creamery Brook. We loaded it up in two hours, and then they drove it down to the storage facility. All at no additional charge. These are fantastic people and provide wonderful storage units. We can not recommend them highly enough. We rate them 5 Stars for good reason.

He emailed the contract of the unit I was going to rent fairly quickly and provided plenty if information on renting there and was easy to understand. They DO offer a military or Veteran discount, which to me is excellent. I do not have any comparison data to rate their pricing at this time. But they are conveniently located near the home we are buying and that was what I was looking for. We chose to wait as we are going to continue to downsize and see if we can avoid having to store anything in order to save some money. All in all, I would consider renting from Goldi-Locks in the future. Others have said their pricing is higher than others, but to be closer and to not be burning as much gasoline to access a cheaper storage area would probably even things out in my opinion. Either way, I think I received good service despite not renting a unit at present time.

I made it clear that I had a lot of large, heavy furniture and I also told them the sizes of the two storage units that I wanted emptied and brought to my new house. I specifically asked if it would all fit and if they would make multiple trips. I was quoted a price for six hours including tax. They did bring most of the large, heavy stuff but took NONE of the boxes. Now I am left to empty half of a 10x25 unit in MANY trips in my car. Not only that, but one of the movers spent a lot of time trying to get out a splinter (using tweezers that I offered) and using the bathroom and the other guy stood around waiting for him. This caused me to be charged for an extra hour. I'm grateful for what they did, but it wasn't as much as I was expecting. I'm older and on a limited budget so I went with the lower priced option because she said they would handle it, but they didn't and now my arthritic knees and back are paying for it.
