First 2 months was reasonable for my unit. $60ish however rent increased to $150 and it hasn't even been a full year. Also can't use the trash bins outside and they want to charge an additional $20 a month for 24/7 access to the stuff you store. read more

I moved my boxes to the storage unit within two months they raised my rent $40. No reason why. I will be moving out as soon as I get an opportunity. It's too cold right now. Kept my Slingshot here. It was low cost and they kept a good eye on it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Only rented here for a total of a month but everything about this place was great. Staff is extremely friendly and informative! They are sure you know everything about your rental before you leave. Dan wasn't in the office when I first walked in. However, all arrangements have been made, the key and unit we're ready, all I needed to do was store my items and pay the fee. Dan called me a week later asking if they were any issues, which there were none. Please read the not recommended reviews because they're all just like this one,quick,simple, easy storage. read more

Great for short term renters, they entice you with specials then they raise the rent 3 to 5 months later. They went up 30 dollars on me which I thought was high. Other than that they are clean. read more

Very straight forward. Dan the manager was efficient, helpful and polite. Moving in was easy since they have drive up access. I chose this location over the one closer to me because of the drive up access. I like that their access hours are longer than the other nearby storage places to choose from. My unit is clean and so far I haven't had any issues. read more

Very unreliable access to this location. Several times, (more than 5!) In the last two months have we encountered issues with the gates not opening with our access code...the gates only opening half way then never closing. Now all panels are covered with out of order notes and workers can't show up before 9:30 to open them manually? So...no access til 930 when it opens at 6am and access shut down at 330pm when the part timer leaves? Paying for access and nobody seems in any rush as this problem has been lingering at least two months and was told there is no date yet as to when this will be repaired. A very nice man behind the counter does the best he can to explain these issues and then he goes behind the scenes in emails some powerful all-knowing Oz behind the scenes who never has a single helpful plan or solution. Very clean unit. Easy access. I signed up online and received a call quickly to confirm. I received reminder calls prior to the day I was to come in to sign the contract. Staff was very nice. Moving into the unit has been easy. The only thing, is the lights are not turned on after dark. These should have motion sensors so that people can see into their until when they are trying to move in items after dark. read more

We decided to get a storage unit to help lighten the load on moving into our new home. I ordered the unit online and was contacted right away to make arrangements to view the unit and sign the contract if it met with our approval. The process takes some time (around 20 mins) and the manager was very professional and helpful. We had to buy the lock and while he's required to try to sell extras like insurance (which you may not need if you have homeowner's insurance - check your policy or call your agent) he wasn't pushy at all and accepted my answer that it wasn't needed because I knew we had enough coverage with our homeowner policy. The unit is very clean and we moved some things in that day, which was easy since they have drive up access. The only strange thing was a list of questions he asked in order to fill out a form with a list of things we were going to store - we found that a little strange since our stuff was going to be locked up, but we answered to the best of our ability. We took advantage of the $1 first month rent and ended up paying around $45 after lock and taxes and whatever else, but it was worth it, and there is no additional time period required in order to use of the first month for $1 special. We haven't had any other experiences with renting a storage unit, but the experience has been great and I definitely recommend this location if you need a storage unit. read more
