They are known for using modern technology and offering services for all ages ~ children, teens, and adults, such as Invisalign or your traditional braces. Dr. Lee, Dr. Nguyen and their whole staff are so pleasant to interact and work with. They truly care about each and every one of their patients, young to old. Also being an adult and getting braces, I was concerned it would make me look like a kid and impair my ability to talk. I went to a couple of orthodontist offices and got a lot of different feedback of what could and couldn't be done and what methods would be viable for me. Scheduling my free consultation was easy, and when I arrived I only waited a few minutes before I was taken back for photos and xrays. I have to applaud them for having some of the top equipment at this office. I wasn't forced to hold weird square of plastic in my mouth, or goop for impressions. It was all very comfortable, and the techs were super nice. I really enjoyed the thorough explanation that Dr. Park gave me about the plan for my teeth. She set realistic expectations and asked me about what was important to me about my smile. Even the payment options were a breeze to work through with the office manager. He didn't mind me and my husband asking lots of questions and reviewing the contract, and even said he was happy to explain anything. During my daughter's initial consultation for braces we were told she would need stage 1 at $3,400. ,being on a tight budget I went to 2 other orthodontist in the area to have an evaluation and receive their quote. The other orthodontist were charging me just a little more at $4,300, however they were stating my daughter also needed phase 2 and 3 but those were included in price. But since orthodontist Centre never mentioned phase 2 or 3 with me at our consult I felt like maybe I was being taking advantage of by the other offices and decided to go with my "cheaper option". We are now 14 months in and they have advise me that we are ready for phase 2 and 3...requiring an ADDITIONAL deposit and payment aside from the 3400.00I have already been paying. I'm very disappointed I feel like I was lied to, this should have all been discussed at the initial appointment. My oldest is also in need of orthodontic treatment, however we will go somewhere else to avoid tho situation.We live and learn. Unfortunately I was not familiar with orthodontic treatment in general I should have listened to the other offices and paid a little more and had everything taken care of. My advice would be to ask questions, cheaper is not always better especially here with the hidden cost.

Only downside from what I remember is that once they took off my braces, there was a little gap in between my front teeth, and they were trying to get me to wear my braces again after 3 years of wearing them to fix it (had them on when I was 12, they took them off when I was 15). And of course I didn't want to because, well, I was a teen. They scared me for no reason cause once I had my retainers on, they closed. There was literally no reason for them to suggest putting my braces back on . Also, I asked for them to remove it just for a week because I had my own quinceañera coming up, and I heard that so many girls got theirs removed and put back on, and my friend who actually had a sibling who works there got hers removed and placed back. So I asked and they said they couldn't, even though I've told them that my friend got hers removed here. Still, it's a nice place.

When I went back to my original orthodontist to ask about fixing it, I was shocked that they quoted me a fee that wasn't much lower than what I paid for my full treatment, even though only a few teeth had moved compared to where I started. It felt completely disproportionate to the problem. I did a lot of research and came across Life Orthodontics in Tustin, which offers touch-up aligners made in their office for cases exactly like mine. The price was genuinely reasonable, a fraction of what I'd been quoted elsewhere while still being treated by an orthodontist. What really sealed it for me was the Smile for Life Guarantee. Knowing that if my teeth ever shift again that I can get retreated for an even lower amount gave me real peace of mind. Hopefully I'll wear my retainers this time, but it's reassuring to know I'm covered either way. My experience with Dr. Robert Lee was excellent. What really impressed me was learning that he teaches clear aligner treatment to orthodontic residents at UCSF, so I knew I was in exceptionally capable hands for something I was nervous about. The office itself was also a pleasant surprise. It doesn't feel like a dental office at all. It's calm, beautifully designed, and his staff made the whole experience easy from start to finish. If you've had orthodontic relapse and your original office is quoting you a full retreatment fee, I'd strongly encourage you to look into Life Orthodontics first.
