We've had a few visits at this office and have current plans to have my sons spacer and braces done. Financing was reasonable and easy, the staff has been very communicative, friendly and informative. You can tell the office in general is a minimally stressful environment, it feels easy going. They have lots of fun kids movies going but it's not loud or obnoxious. They celebrate the kids getting their braces done which is cute. I plan on having Invisalign through this office as well soon. I explained my son has sensory issues & they've been so great with him, while he handles dental situations well... they communicate directly with him , checking in on him and how he feels as they worked. I went to Humphries for a consultation, to get an opinion about the results of my orthodontic treatment. I needed guidance as to my options before getting a dental sleep apnea device. It is a bit complicated to explain but I have to say that they were all wonderful. Dr. Humphries understood my concerns, so he explained the best path for me to follow for a good outcome. That was very valuable. The office didn't charge me. They took scans and X rays which they transferred to another dentist who specializes in sleep apnea devices. I know I really should have kept track of this, but I think I was visiting Humphries for two years for the Invisalign braces for my open gap teeth situation (my mouth was turning into Freddie Mercury). Though expensive and not covered by my insurance, I think the end result was totally worth it. The doctors that work here are very nice and kind, and they do have some affordable payment plans. Very diligent. The only con I would say is that it wasn't really clear what braces sets were included nor when they were going to charge me for more until I had asked them one day was I nearly finished. So, I'm glad I asked or I would have been charged another set for a stubborn tooth that didn't want to move properly, even though my gap had been fixed. Anyway, I love them. I finally got my braces off after 17 months!!! This was earlier than my projected 18-24 months!!! My teeth shifted a lot since I had my first round of braces removed at 13 yrs old with no permanent retainer (lol). Now at 26, I can say I'm back to straight teeth again! Both of the Dr. Humphries (husband and wife) worked on my teeth with great care. The dental assistants (forgive me if this is the incorrect term for their roles) were always thorough with every follow up appointment when tightening my braces, and always had a kind + welcoming energy. Every appointment was quick, ranging between 15 to 20 minutes, and the entire team has been helpful every step of the way. If you're looking anywhere for a place to get adult orthodontic work, this is it. Invisalign too hard for your schedule and eating habits? I took on the aesthetic of ceramic braces with silver rubber bands and I tried not too think too hard abt what temporary metal looked/felt like in my mouth if my results were gonna be good and I didnt have to worry abt losing trays or not being on top of the trays! I started treatment for my teeth back in November of 2019 with a different orthodontist. He was very sweet, but very old, and I made a joke to my husband that I hoped he'd be around to finish the treatment. Eighteen months later, I was horrified when notified that he had died of natural causes. (Talk about making a bad joke, eh?) The search for a new ortho was a 10 month process of insurance negotiations, multiple new patient consultations at various ortho offices and financial decisions. I ultimately went with Humphries Orthodontics because (1) they made me feel comfortable, (2) the treatment plan they laid out made sense, (3) the price seemed fair and (4) the office wasn't ritzy. Let me expand upon that 4th one: don't get me wrong, their offices are very nice! Clean, comfortable, and they have many TVs with movies playing to entertain you while you wait or get work done. What I mean by "not ritzy" is this: I went to one consultation where they quoted me about $3000 more than Humphries, and their office reflected that difference in cost. There were so many expensive decorations and fancy things in that office...I'd rather not pay for them to look impressive to people. The Humphries office is the perfect blend of respectable professionalism and a family atmosphere. The staff is very empathetic, capable and patient; in the two years I've been coming here, I've never had a single problem with any member of the staff. In fact, I've left with a smile on my face almost every visit. They're very kind to indulge me and laugh at my lame jokes. I highly, highly recommend checking them out if you or anyone else in your family needs treatment, whether it's cosmetic or a dental necessity! I'll still be visiting regularly; both of my kids are receiving treatment here as well, so the staff and unfortunate patients who happen to be there at the same time as me will have to listen to my lame jokes for a few more years. read more

I completed my Invisalign treatment with them and as someone who pays out of pocket for all of my dental procedures this was one of those that felt way worth it.
