I'm many years overdue for a review of S&D, but I wrapped up my very last visit today, and wanted to make sure I gave them the love they deserve. I've been working with them on my Invisalign treatment for many years. My progress kept getting set back because of health, other dental, and life issues that kept coming up. The team at S&D was understanding, accommodating, and empathetic the entire time. Every single person that I've interacted with there over the years has been super friendly and caring. Overall, my orthodontic treatment itself was a fairly easy and smooth experience, and I am happy with the final results of my smile. However, I was very disappointed with how things were handled at the end of my treatment. During the removal of my braces, they were not as careful as they should have been around my crowned tooth, which resulted in the crown being popped off. I then had to take the crown to my dentist, who confirmed there was nothing wrong with the tooth itself. What upset me most was not just the incident, but the lack of follow-up afterward. No one from the office contacted me to check in, address the issue, or see if getting the crown fixed was okay. While I appreciate the final results of my orthodontic treatment, I believe better care, communication, and accountability should have been shown when an unexpected problem occurred. read more

I love that she showed my son every instrument and calmed his nerves. The office had everything we needed. It's beautiful but even more practical.
