I switched from a different IV place and started going to hydration room because I noticed a huge difference after I get my IV here. They do not under-dose you, you get more vitamins for what you pay for and is a better value compared to other places that is cheaper but has the minimum dosage. Because of that, I had purchased their membership! Besides that, I have referred people that also have become a member! The office is impeccably organized and clean. Upon every visit, (Nurse) Luci has been awesome and very attentive to my overall improved health. In the beginning. I told her how I have a high tolerance for pain because healthcare professionals have a hard time finding my veins. She said, "I understand and I will take good care of you." Week after week Luci performs pain-free experiences while administering the actual IV or injection. At 54 years of age, I have only had a handful of moments like these and I am in complete awe. Wow! What great service; fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was feeling low energy after getting over COVID last week. Luci, the lead nurse, helped me pick the right mix for my IV - Immune Support with Vitamin C, Selenium, B12, D3, Zinc, B-Complex, and 800 mg of Glutathione. Honestly this was so great. we are having a heat wave here and it has been well over 100 degrees. I ran a 10K race this morning and am running a half marathon tomorrow. I was worried about dehydration with the longer race tomorrow. I called and they were so nice to answer my questions. I booked an appointment for this afternoon. When I arrived they offered me water while I waited to see the nurse. There was a small wait since they had just come back from lunch, but nothing out of reason. The nurse took me back and went over what I was interested in doing. I explained the races and she recommended the athlete recovery IV. Once we did that she set me up. Everything was clean, and sterile. The IV didn't hurt and she did amazing!! I picked my recliner in the main room and was offered a pillow to rest my arm on. From there it was 45 mins of relaxing and playing games on my phone and listening to music. They checked in on me to make sure I was still doing okay. They came by twice to add in my added treatments to the bag and after bandaged me up. I'll definitely be back. read more

This place is fantastic! Woke up this morning hurting a bit with a hangover, my friends have always told me about this place but I've never gone thru with going. I made an appointment online, went in 2 hours later and felt fantastic leaving! Danielle at the front desk was so nice and made sure I had anything I needed the entire time. Evan was my nurse and he was so friendly, and made sure I was taken care of. So glad I finally went! I will be back! Worse experience ever. I was feeling really under the weather with my monthly girl thing. Really needed the iv. Drove from a distance asked the clerk a few questions so I can do my appointment. Soon as I got there she asked for my id I didn't have it at the moment. I said I would have it sent to me. And she kept me waiting in the lobby and when I asked when I was going to be seated she couldn't give me an answer and just kept going in circles regarding the id. Never said it was going to be a problem and kept me waiting in the lobby. For absolutely nothing. Didn't get my drip because of it. read more

So glad I found this place. I had been looking for an IV therapy business for the last month. I called a few different places and when I called here, their customer service was super helpful and informative. The rates are consistent with other places and they have short promos on different IV cocktails throughout the month. I was told they opened a month ago and business is already picking up. They are part of a chain that has locations in Orange County and are expanding to the SGV. The rooms are super clean and lots of options to select for IVs or injections. They offer a basic hydration IV which is safe for student athletes. My high school aged son participates in an high intensity sport and we decided to experiment with a hydration IV to see if he experienced a difference in performance. Well, one hydration IV and B-12 infused shot later, my son left feeling hydrated and full of energy. My husband tried an energy IV and left feeling much better and maintained his energy all day long. The nurse was very knowledgeable and performed the IV insertion and removal. The nurse checked on my husband and son multiple times until the drip was complete. I was very pleased with the quality of the IV since you.can notice an immediate difference. Overall, I give this business 5+ stars. Scheduled appointment this morning which was confirmed for 1:30pm. At 12:25pm I got a text asking to move my appointment to 2pm, sounds like they wanted a longer lunch break today. I've been sick as a dog and my husband who's taking me made arrangements to be somewhere at 2pm so this time change does not work. Very unprofessional and unkind to change an appointment time this late of notice. I'll take my business somewhere else. NEEDED this IV today and did not need the extra stress of now not being able to get one here. :( read more
