Delicious coffee, comfortable seating and atmosphere. Great location, across from Millers.

Disappointed. Went in for a cup of drip coffee and they no longer serve drip coffee according to the cashier.

Great environment and great coffee! Will return…read more Friendly Cashier. Nice spot in downtown Belton that is perfect for small meetings, coffee dates and studying. Clean and well kept.

New coffee shop in Belton!…read more The hours of operation differ on Apple Maps, google, and their facebook. Their instagram for this location just says Monday through Friday without times indicated. I went by the times listed in their fb post. Hopefully they get this straightened out soon. Beautiful creekside location downtown Belton. There's a large public parking lot across the street. Handicap/wheelchair access may be an issue. I hope they add more outdoor seating in the future. The inside is simple and clean with a lot of natural light and seating. I didn't see any signs noting free WiFi but this would be a great place to work/study while enjoying a delicious brew! The coffee was fresh and warm (not hot) served in basic to-go cups. We ordered a vanilla latte and a Flat White. Flat Whites are not listed on the menu but they were able to accommodate this classic coffee drink anyway. Was the best flat white I've ever had? No. But it was still tasty and did the trick. Latte was average - nothing to complain about, nothing to rave about. Wait time for my order was average. There's also teas and smoothies on the menu, as well as house made nitro cold brew on tap. Their pastry display is lacking but maybe they plan on beefing it up in the future. I'd like to see prices and descriptions of the baked goods. Service was friendly and helpful. They didn't ask for a name so when my order was ready, I wasn't sure if it was mine... had to assume it was my latte and hope it was not someone else's latte. If it gets busy in there this could be an issue. Overall I'd say this place is good, not remarkable. Could easily make some small improvements. I'll likely return but it won't be my go to favorite coffee shop.

I visited 1914 Coffee House and understand why this place has delicious coffee options…read more From the moment you walk in, it feels less like a coffee shop and more like a welcoming home. This renovated historic house gives the entire space a cozy, peaceful atmosphere. There are couches, comfortable seating, and quiet corners perfect for studying. You can catch up with friends, or simply slow down for a bit. Outside there is a playground and picnic tables for family time. I love this! The restrooms are clean. That's always a plus in my book! One for boys and one for girls! What really caught my attention was the prayer wall. It adds such a thoughtful and uplifting touch to the environment and makes the space feel genuinely community-centered. You can tell this isn't just a business. It's a place where people come to connect, reflect, and encourage one another. The Christian atmosphere is subtle but meaningful, and it contributes to the calm and welcoming vibe throughout the coffee house. And of course, the coffee was excellent. Everything tasted fresh, balanced, and carefully made. The pastries were good too. The cruffins and baked goods deserve every compliment. The staff is genuinely kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If you're anywhere near Temple, Texas, and looking for a coffee shop. This should be your one stop. Absolutely, worth the stop. May 2026

I was curious to see what coffee shops lurked in this part of Texas, as I was not expecting much…read moregiven how remote this area is, and a lot of the local military population can drink 7-Eleven coffee and be just fine. This place's latte art caught my attention because that is definitely one of the crafts that distinguishes a coffee place, blurring the line between second and third-wave, in my opinion. I decided to give this place a try as it was more promising than anything I could find in the area. They had a good selection of drinks and standard drinks that you would find in any other coffee shop. I was also surprised to see that they also offered pourover options and had very good equipment, similar to the stuff I have at home in order to make it. This really piqued my interest. Unfortunately, the beans they had to make the pourovers or 4 to 6 months old, so I decided not to go with a pourover. Instead, I got a latte, which they actually did a beautiful job in terms of the latte art which told me that they knew how to properly get milk up to the right temperature and know how to layer the drink properly which gave me some hope. The latte was actually pretty good and I would actually come back for it. The people provided good service and were nice and patient . The ambiance was very basic and empty, with a lukewarm cafeteria-like design which made it feel like a first wave and was not pleasant. Other than that, I would called this a pretty solid hole in the wall that is worth checking out. 3.5/5
