Double check the food allergy email from the doctor for typos before sending it. The content of the email isn't very useful aside from the attached report but if it also has typos then it just sends a "we don't care" message too.

I was seated in a very small waiting area, no robes offered like my usual spa. It was basic with tea, water, and only white wine. No snacks. I felt like it's not a place to relax before or after, it's truly "get in and get out." As I left, I saw a much larger, prettier waiting room, so I'm not sure how they determine who waits where. We were given a choice of welcome tea and a few minutes to relax in cozy room prior to our appointment. It was my birthday and everyone was sweet enough to wish me :) Our providers were soft spoken and gave us a rundown of the treatments for the day. We started off with 25 minutes in the sauna (with cool cucumber water and peppermint towels) followed by a full body dry scrub, swedish massage with focus on pain points, scalp massage, butter body wrap and finally a foot scrub, all of which took almost 2 hours. Everything was perfect although the foot scrub just included putting on sugar scrub in the feet and rubbing it off. No active scrubbing so I didn't get the point of it. The scalp massage was very gently done for a few minutes on only mid portion of the scalp, so it wasn't as thorough as I would have expected. The goodies bags were a great gift and included a dry brush, soy candles, chocolates, Viva body butter and lip balm. The check out process was slightly strange as the front staff were a little rude and we felt an immediate return to the real world after a relaxing two hours. I had a gift certificate for gratuity and had specifically inquired if it can be used for the same but the front staff said that it has to be paid separately. I asked her to check again and then she said it worked. Not sure if she was really not aware or just trying to get more money out of us. The package + gratuity was already expensive so I didn't appreciate being treated as though I was not paying enough. They do offer a 2-hour parking validation at the adjacent garage but you have to pay additional fees if treatments exceed this time limit.
