Truly a wonderful experience having Joan tune my new piano. She was very quick to reply to my…read moreemail, answered all my questions on the phone, was available to come to my home within 48 hours, and showed up right on time. Joan is clearly a master of her craft with tons of experience. She patiently answered my 10 billion questions about new piano ownership, and even took a lot of time to research specifics that were applicable to my piano, since it's a hybrid acoustic piano/digital "silent" piano. She also offered reasonable, practical, solutions and options to ensure optimal maintenance, for instance with maintaining ideal humidity levels in my home as well as potentially installing humidity controllers within the piano. Lastly, it's important to mention her prices were very reasonable. I can tell she really cares about what she does. On a side note, it was also extremely satisfying to watch and listen to her tune a piano. Very highly recommended!
