This was a good find! My Bassplayer and I had a gig last Friday. Notice I said Bassplayer. For this particular gig, he was backing me up on guitar. He realized he left the right cord at home and we had to find somewhere quick to get a quarter inch to quarter inch cord. I started frantically calling around and this place was the closest to our gig which was still 17 minutes away. I wish I couldn't remember the sweet young lady's name that answered the phone. Maybe Mel or Melanie? She told me right away they had the cord in stock and I sent him right over. He picked up the cord and saved the day. From what I understand it was pretty fair priced as well. Sitting here now for 45 minutes after store was supposed to open, watched a half dozen other vehicles park wait and leave. Was told over the phone location would be open 12-5 and the signage says it should be open. Scheduled a drop off for an instrument repair and cleaning to ensure it would be completed before the holidays as a gift. What a disappointment considering it's a hour drive / 50 mile commute each way for us. Will find a competitor to do business with that respects our time. read more

Very disappointed, I have chronic illness which prevents me from wearing masks. I was denied entry into the store and refused an opportunity to purchase guitar strings. I have bought many items from here in past but after the arrogant treatment and lack of compassion I will no longer make any future purchases. Sad we have come to this. I remember the experience I had the first time I walked in there. It was in December of 2014 and I was on the market for a drum set. I knew nothing about drums and I needed to buy a set for my son's birthday. I had gone to guitar center the day before and had a horrible experience so I was a little skeptical but from the moment I walked in there I was greeted very warmly. I had explained to the gentleman (Andrew) that I knew nothing about drums and that I felt lost. He took his time and gathered some information from me. Things like my son's age and level of experience. So he sold me an inexpensive set that had everything my son would need for a beginner. He was very helpful from beginning to end and even gave me information for percussion lessons, which I signed my son up for. Over the last five months I have bought many instruments from them and will continue to give them my service. They are all very wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly people.
