Even on days they do not attend they ask if they can go. They are not only learning their letters, numbers, reading, etc. but learning so much about Jesus. They know Bible stories, worship songs, and have memorized scripture. The teachers and directors truly care about each and every child at the school. It is not a corporate owned school so it has a very warm, loving, Christian atmosphere. They do lots of special events for the children like the petting zoo, nature days, snow cones, mini-train rides, etc. Their motto is "excellence in Chrisitan education" and it is 100% true. I love that it truly is a preschool- not a daycare- they are learning all day not being babysat. I highly recommend this school and just cannot say enough about it. I am aware of the sister school being sold in Southlake (menioned in another review) - however, my understanding is that the curriculum, philosophy and teachers and staff all remained the same. It is also my understanding that the Southlake location was sold because the owner's husband was extremely ill and in ICU last winter and she simply couldn't manage both campus alone.

We have been to other day cares in the Grapevine/Southlake area and Primrose is by far our favorite. The teachers and classrooms are very close knit. All the teachers are fantastic and very affectionate with my kids. My daughter's teachers know my son and vice versa. I like that the same teachers are with my kids for most of the day and that they are there when I pick my kids up. I can find out how my kids' days went directly from the source. Parents receive detailed progress reports about their child from the teachers several times a year. Each age group has their own fenced playground that is attached to their classroom. Teacher turnover is very low. We have only had one teacher leave and she was going back to college. The teachers and staff enjoy their job and it shows in everything they do. Every month, Primrose has a family appreciation day where they do something special for each family like send home fresh-baked cookies, homemade chilli and cornbread, etc. They also offer a Parent's Night Out once a month for a small charge. My son attends a computer class called Floppy's Mouse Club and exercise class called Stretch N Grow once a week for a small fee. They also offer a weekly gymnastics class. The office staff and day care director know every parent and child by name. We have had such a positive experience at Primrose Bedford and our only regret is not going there sooner!

I met a school bus driver and told her that I have an appointment at 3pm. She told me somebody should be with me shortly, I said I have been ringing the bell but nobody come out. Then she said "it's not even 3pm". I was not upset until she said so. I understand locking the door is for kids safety, and I like it too, but at least when they see me ringing the bell, they should come out and ask if I need help with anything instead of turning the light off. No one want to be late with appointment that's why I came 10mins early. And they that was the response I received.

We were taking their packed lunch and are now having them eat the prepared lunch at Cadence. Knowing the babies are in a healthy loving and professional environment is everything to us as grandparents.

The Assistant Director, Samantha, and Director, Jessica have been so helpful and approachable, always ready to answer questions and make sure parents feel supported. From the moment we first walked through the doors, we felt a sense of warmth and community. The school had a TON of events that make it inclusive for the community and are really well thought out and fun! The guides have taught my two year old more than I could even imagine and they do it with such patience. There is such community with the kids too. When we arrive at school, the kids are so excited to see each other. Since it's a school and not only a daycare, you have to plan around spring break, winter break, etc but what I have seen out of my son since going here is beyond worth it. I joke with my husband that we can't ever move out of this area because, if we have a second child, they can't go anywhere but Waypoint.
