Miss Megan and Miss Abby are wonderful instructors, patient, and have creative and fun ways to interact with babies, toddlers, and young children. My little one gets excited for class each week, looks forward to seeing the other kids, and becomes more and more involved in the class activities week after week, not to mention learning so much about rhythms and melodies. Fast-forward a year and I realize they are still charging me a monthly rental fee. I called to clear it up and was told this monthly rental fee goes on for forever. I can have it as a credit towards a new instrument, but my child no longer plays (plus we live 15 hours away). I still have the $200 bell kit which I have paid nearly $700 toward at this point. I am told I will need to continue paying for eternity or alternatively I can spend a small fortune to ship it back to them. These are my only options. This is a perfect example of profit over customer service and complete unwillingness to work with your customer. I'm amazed they can't just allow me to keep this three year old Bell kit for the nearly $700 I've invested. But apparently I need to fly to Pennsylvania to pick out a new instrument or spend a fortune shipping this back otherwise I can count on spending $20 a month for the rest of my life. Horrible experience and frustrating that they don't stand by what they told me a year ago!

The receipt did not mention "final sale," and no refund policy was disclosed at the time of purchase. When I requested a refund, the owner, Dan, refused, stating he was "too old" and unwilling to issue one. This refusal wasn't based on any written or posted policy. I found the experience disappointing and unprofessional despite the staff being wonderful; I would caution others to confirm refund terms in writing before making a purchase.
